Guild Wars 2

I’m aware that there are already guilds dedicated to doing high level fractals. I’m just wondering how I can get invited to such a guild. After mistlock abilities get put in and we all get knocked down to 30, I’d like to be in a fractal guild so that I don’t have to deal with pugs as often. I’m not saying pugs are bag players, I’d just like to have guaranteed voip.
