Make up your mind anet,

if fractal weapons are suppose to be weapons, give them ascended stats.
if they are suppose to be skins make them proper skins, not this BS that they are at the moment !

it doesn’t have any stats and it requires a transmutation stone to use !
I know you wanna sell those stones but come on.

This also makes it so PvPers can’t get them…… :/

anthony, does this apply to existing skins as well? i have a bank tab full of them…

Although it doesn’t apply to already acquired items, it’s still awesome to see that from now on we actually get a choice and to have them be more common is really interesting.

You were never supposed to go more than 50 as enough AR was not available, you did well I guess you had fun. Now they’re remaking 30+ lvls to be more challenging. And I really doubt you can show off or do anything with high fractal lvl except for enter suicide dungeon.
