If you get the Dredge above 20, you’re in for a long night.

If you get people at lvl 15 who still have NO clue how to do fractals, your in for a long night.

Yes, that happened to me (3 times) and, yes it was a long night.

yesterday we started at 10pm, ended at 12.30am
guild group, level 25, we got:
ascalon, harpies, dredge, jaw maw (HALLELUJAH!!!)

one member was totally new to fractals, new guild member, new to the game, did not try fractals before the new patch.

he did well for a first timer though, on a level 25 fotm run hahah.
we did guide him as we go along.

What? Thaumanova is one the fastest 3rd tier fractal, next to Volcanic fractal, while molten bosses fractal is the fastest of the 4rd fractal.

It’s for this very reason I have not stepped back into FoTM since having my personal level reset. FoTM is way too long with pugs.

To me this has been the most disappointing release so far. – as it fails to fix the numerous FoTM existing bugs. It would be nice to see that the devs actually can do these things in a reasonable time limit at the higher limits.

I hate how Sky and Colossus fractals are apparently “medium length”, so you can get those and Dredge after.

Imo they should switch the places of Volcanic and Colossus at least.

Well guys, it is supposed to be end game content, and honestly not everybody likes to rush things (altough I know I do). I understand that sometimes you get 1 (or more) terrible players in your party, but blaming this on the fractals is not correct. Sometimes we must just admit that a player might not be up for the challenge.

And, difficulty aside, I don’t really think that fractals are long NOW. I say specificly that because as it is now, only swamp takes less time than each one of the new fractals. So please don’t blame A-net for making fractals longer than they were, because it simply isn’t true (with the sole ecception of the dredge frac and its clown-cart, obviously…). They are harder – true. They are more challenging – true again. But, i repeat, they surely aren’t longer.

And, dare I say, they are more interesting and fun (but that is of course subjective).

After Dredge we were happy to get Molten boss at 34.
