I thought our levels where getting reset?

I’m currently in a fractal 9 and it’s saying my reward level is still 18, did the reset not occur?

What do we say to the god of death? Not Today….

Reset was only for those with a level higher to 30, it would get reset to 30.

It’s a pile of Elonian protection magic, mixed with a little monk training,
wrapped up in some crazy ritualist hoo-ha from Cantha.
A real grab bag of ‘you can’t hurt me. They’re called Guardians.

What in my post made you think that? I thought everyone UNDER 30 was getting reset to 1?
