That would be my character’s worst nightmare!

Actually that would be kind of cool. That way scarlet would be reveled to be Abbadon, and at least she would have motivations and explaination a for her behavior. Right now she’s Mary Sue.

It makes no sense for an enlightened hippie to be uniting the wold against te players, but a god or cult leader might make sense.

This Reactor stuff is horrible. It happened years before the sylvari started showing up right? Makes no sense at all.

Kormir wasn’t even alive when that happened, you guys still confuse the defeat of Abbadon (GW:Nightfall) with the Fall of Abbadon that happened hundreds of years before the main storyline of GW:Prophecies.

True, Kormir wasn’t around, but you assuming Scarlet wasn’t around for Thermanova is rather… dumb.

The wiki describes it as “It was recently destroyed by an Inquest experiment gone awry, occurring beneath the city and the reactor exploding and subsequently releasing chaos magic.”

Recently as in, not too long ago. Scarlet has obviously been working in the shadows for a while.

Considering the Thaumanova Reactor went kablooie maybe a month prior to the game’s start? More likely just a week or so? Yeah, sorry, but Scarlet was around then.

We would have found out scarlet is responsible for giving abaddon advices that ultimately leads to his downfall. She got there by time traveling as a result of the thaumanova explosion.

She is also responsible for the dragons but that is another story.

You know, Scarlet didn’t appear until after Kiel was elected…

The reactor incident happened just BEFORE GW2. The fall of abaddon occured BEFORE GW1. I don’t understand why people confuse these 2 things when Anet clearly stated when each event took place.

Having said that, perhaps evon was supposed to lose no matter what. After all, the voting percentages (52-48 in favor of kiel) never changed once while Anet reported on them. Maybe that will become a new part of the living story as it’s revealed scarlet fixed the election, then we’ll get a proper fall of abaddon fractal…nah that won’t happen.
