Is 50 still going to be the max level for now?

I believe they want to make fractals meaningful after 50 like rewards and difficulty before they increase the max level. This is the reason why they are adding new stuff to frac 30+

I assume because there are leader-boards that 50 will be the highest unlockable permanent level, but you will be able to progress further without retaining the level you make it to. Leader-boards would make ZERO sense if everyone is just sitting at 50.

I think you don’t get dailies for going above 50 but it is not max level

everyone above 30 is being dropped to 30. level we are talking about is fractal of mist level and not character level.
