So yesterday when I finished level 31, I got an ascended ring. But it wasn’t an infused ring, just a regular one. Before the patch (and still noted on the wiki), you would always get infused rings starting from level 26 and above. Now what I want to confirm if this is indeed a bug or an intended system with the new patch.

If this is a bug, I might have the source of the problem.
Before the patch, my ranger was the character that was fractals level 30 and higher. But I decided to scrap that character and instead level my Guardian up to 30 (this was before it was announced that fractal level would be account wide).
I got him up to level 15, when I found out that fractal level was going to be account wide, I stopped leveling him up till the patch.

Now here’s where I think the problem is. Although on the screen I’m listed as ‘Personal Reward 3x’, I think the system still recognizes my Guardian at level 15 and is rewarding him accordingly to that level. So technically, since I’m at Fractal level 32 right now, the system has increased my Guardian’s personal reward by 2 levels, so he would currently be level 17. Which would explain the non infused rings rewards.

Several of my party members have received infused rings properly. There was one guy that didn’t get an infused ring as well in one of my runs.
So I just want to confirm if this is a change with the new patch or a bug.

We did 43 today for the daily and someone in the group, who is 43 personal as well, got a non infused ring. They were also at least 49 before the patch so I don’t think its a pre-patch level issue.
