In November they will reduce level from 50 to 30 and anyone above level 20 will be brought back to level 20.
So no, no new levels.
Edit : Don’t worry though, fractal weapons will drop in a box from level 1.

Oh man, this is the real reason I went to 80. Met an ele that was the only one alive at shaman and managed to res the whole team. You just meet really skilled players and have some of the most clutch moments in the game that you can’t have anywhere else besides maybe PvP.
When you say you are going to add more levels, is it going to be in November 2014 ?
Yes, I mean, it is an unlimited dungeon. In a sense. Once you reach the limit, you just get reset to do it again. Now THAT is truly unlimited.
