So we were doing lvl 37 with friends and had this Keep Them In Line Damaged enemies gain boons when unattended

As you know Mai goes invulnerable and out of your range at 75% HP well she keeps getting Regen and going up again so she keeps going above 75% so everytime she comes down and we dps at 75% she just goes back up and repeats…. Makin it impossible to continue….

I was there, and it was indeed problematic.

It is quite disappointing that this was so easily overlooked.

I was there too and I totally agree with this, no thx for not having tested this boss with this buff before put it like this in the patch (yeah, this is a angry reaction).

The fact is yes it’s possible to do it if you have ONE canon phase where she don’t have the regen buff during her invincibility (on top AND on bot), but it’s probably happen only 2% or 3% of the time, so to do it you have to down her to 75% everytime she have the regeneration buff and wait and pray. And of course you have to do this 3 time.

It’s just (almost) impossible to do it, or with a lot of lost hour of play so it’s still better to restart the fractal. And to loose every progression you had, like my teamates how had wrote before me.

So please, fixe it fast, thank’s, and sorry for my bad english.

My group ran into the same problem last night. Unfortunately because of the holiday I wouldn’t expect there will be a patch for several days, so every lvl 37 group has a one-third chance of not being able to complete it.

We ran into the same problem. Luckily we were 4 and later found a lfg for lvl 38, so that we could skip that particoular level.

It made no sense to try it again and risk wasting 1 hour again : (

Yes it might be possible if you are willing to spend 10+ hours hoping she doesn’t regen… But it is upsetting that they would just ignore this issue…. I know they are meant to be hard but C’mon not even a developer would spend that much time on it, even for the challenge… People will only avoid this lvl… Not fair lol

We got Mai Trin at 37 10 mins ago and she didn’t get any boons, so I guess the last patch fixed it.

yeah, patch notes indicated it was fixed.

“The cannon barrage phases of the Captain Mai Trin boss fractal will only trigger once per health threshold.”

Accordingly to what is written there, she should still get boons making the fight possible with longer phases, but what happened to us was different, she never got boons at all.

Yes, it was just fixed and I’m thankful.

seems like got fixed, did it today at lv 37

then i got her again at lv 40….she charged me 3 times in a row :x
