Question about the level 50 fractal cap.
Yes dailies will work like it does now except the daily rewards are now account bound.

From dev post: The maximum level will still be 50. (Furthermore, 50 will represent the AR needed for 50-59, so this almost assuredly means that you won’t be able to do a level 50 daily because if you could, you would be able to do level 51).
False advertising. But then, Anet doesn’t exactly have a history of honest advertising.

Its not false advertising, its marketing. when was the last time you saw a movie trailer that was ‘honest’?
No one seems to understand my initial question, so I’ll clarify even further for you. Currently, level 48 is the highest even that you can do, they are making it sound like level 50 will be the new highest. This will introduce another daily you can do if so, being the next “set of 10”. I understand all the other changes, I’m just asking for a clarification on that specifically. That is all.
Not a definite answer to your question but an element that might be of relevance: after the patch all levels of fractals have the potential to bring you a daily reward (i.e. not only the even-numbered ones but also odd-numbered ones).
So I suspect that depending on how they implement “level 50” FotM, the highest level one you can do for a reward will be either 49 or 50.
I suspect that once you reach level 50, you’ll be better off running a daily FotM 50 for optimal reward, but we will see…

Right now FotM is essentially hardcapped at level 50. With the patch notes for the upcoming release and all the information I see on the forums, it’s worded to make believe we can do up through and including level 50. (opposed to level 49 being the highest doable one before)
Why this matters: If we can do level 50 it’s an addition daily. So essentially my question is, "Will I be able to do a 30 daily, a 40 daily, and fotm lvl 50 as a final daily.

it’s softcapped at lvl 50 and hardcapped at 80 atm… so not true they reduce the hardcap from 80→ 50 I can tell caues I’m 80 there can’t be a hadrcap on 50 if I can Play 80

No, they’ve stated 55 AR will be enough to beat 50 (and 51 through 59) – AR requirements are scaling differently following the update.
The hard cap at 50 is simply that you won’t be able to start a fractal above 50. ANet have intentions to increase the hard cap later on.
Also it seems like you will only be able to get 1 daily chest. Whether thats from level 5, or level 47.
^ No, that’s not true. You can still get a Daily chest from every set of 10 Fractals. So you could do 9, 15, 23, 37 and get one Daily chest from each. But if you did 2 ,3, 4, 5, then yes, you’d only get the one Daily chest for the 1 – 9 Fractal set.
