Even if you could kill Scarlet in a Fractal before she was born, you wouldn’t erase her existence. Fractals are no time machines. They just let you see events from the past and you can interact with elements from the past without having an impact on the future. It’s like a game thats set in the past.

Nope, because Fractals are just reproductions of events in time in which you can manipulate certain events in your given position to have an outcome that may or may not represent the actual facts that occurred within the Fractal.
