So here are a couple of questions regarding the new Sigil of Momentum.
1. Do we know exactly how much is will give us like how much it gives per stack.
2. Will it be tradeable or will it only be account bound that becomes soulbound like the special armor out of fractals?

we can be pretty sure it is 250 toughness for 25 kills like rest of the sigils
