What do those letters mean?
Probably “Bound on Account/Aquire” and “Bound to Character”.
That’s exactly what I mean. Will they be only obtainable personally, or will we be able to trade them on the market?

No confirmation either way, but I’m fairly certain the Fractal skins will continue to be account bound. (Even though personally I would like them to be tradable.)
