Guild Wars 2

My highest fractal level was around 14, then I stopped because I got tired of running the same content with the same toon. Now they say that they’re making fractal level account bound, but even after completing story mode, I’m not able to get into higher level fractals with my alts.

Was this a lie, a bug, or am I missing something?

Gotta relog after story mode for the account bound to take effect apparently.

Mine was bugged, I tried to play my new character and it said account level 1. Relogged to my old mesmer and it went back up.
