What you think each Fractal length is?
I think your list is about right.
Harpy could be short if the group is solid (or maybe medium), but yeah.

So molten facility and aetherblade will be a short / medium combination, length wise.
for an unskilled fractal runner their general length is often a deterrent. Most of the time I won’t even bother because I know the time commitment it takes to get involved in them.

Anet said each one should take 20-30min, so your looking at 80min – 120min
Honestly that kittening Horse kitten to me. For the kittenting rewards 2hours is WAY to long for a chance, A CHANCE at some good items. When I can do 2 hours of other dungeons and make 15-20g, do that a couple times and just buy all the stuff I need for a Ascended weapon.
We have done 48’s in less than 1 1/2 hours, 28’s my team averages at 45min.
If they want use to do a 2hour dungeon then make it a Raid style one.
swamp water and ascolone also fire if you got the guards are 10-15mins if you know what you are doing
I hope short. I’m sick of spending an hour and a half to get my daily run simply because of RNG.

You know part of me thinks that might not be a bad thing.
I think it would be nice to have the choice to run shorter versions of the Fractals for less rewards. Although it seems some people think they are currently too long for the given rewards compared to normal dungeons.
For myself, I would be much more likely to do more fractals if they were made more convenient by allowing completion in a smaller chunk of time.
There are certainly people who would want the longer experiences. Perhaps it could be a choice players make to determine the density of trash mobs and scaling of the bosses. Those who want a shorter experience would get less rewards and those who want a longer experience could get more.
Ideally, someone who would run six 10 minute runs could get the same rewards as someone who did two 30 mins. The difference is that if someone has to suddenly log out after 20 mins (or some other off-hour fraction of time) because their dog escaped, a group doing short fractals runs would still get rewards.
Right now with only the choice of doing the 30 mins runs (actually a 120 min cycle) results in everyone having wasted all their time if someone has real life suddenly require them to log out. Which makes sense if you have a subscription model where the goal is to waste your players time. It makes less sense not offering options to a B2P game.

for lower level and less experienced players fractals seem like a waste of time. This is just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt. My issue has always been the length it takes to complete these.
I don’t have a group of people who run these regularly. I pug them almost always. With Pugs at 17 and under it takes well over 90min to complete and is rather boring and tedious for very little reward. I’ll try the new fractals at lest once to play them but I can’t see myself running it more than that.
content isn’t really aimed at me though and I am sure lots of players will enjoy them. It feels like this is a long time coming.
