Zerker build?
It depends on what the new Mistlock Instabilities are. I’m guessing that mob health and attack power no longer increase beyond 30 (though I may be wrong about this) but instead there is some new challenge added (similar to gambits from the Queen’s Gauntlet event). I hope there’s reason to bring an alternate armor set or even a different group composition depending on the instability. That will certainly make each level of fotm fresher.

wow, to promote something against zerker builds you bring up the one that thing that forced non pve’ers to actually GET zerker gear. Gambits of QG were just a thing that forced bursting mobs down because you couldn’t kill anything otherwise.
Best option would be to make the variance of damage bigger, atm in pve high armor vs low armor doesn’t matter, because mobs hit hard and slow, dodge enough and you’ll survive, don’t dodge and the high armor still won’t help you survive. Easiest solution is make hits smaller by nature and more frequent and say if someone has 1500 armor he’ll take 3-4 times the damage compared to someone who has 3000 armor.
Promoting toughness or healing just enforces a rather boring trinity unfocused on active damage mitigation. But I would say that condition damage could use some loving (at least, stop making bosses that cleanse conditions like once every five seconds).
