Guild Wars 2

So here’s the deal… I’ve got 4 players who need a guild. I’m kind of picky about my guilds, so here’s what we’re looking for:

• Maturity – You don’t have to be up tight… I like a good troll as well as anyone, but I draw that line at racism/sexism/etc. garbage in general chat.
• Large-ish Guild – I really like doing stuff with guildies, and I would want any guild to have plenty of active players. It doesn’t have to be hundreds, but enough where it’s easy to grab a guildie for dungeons, or a bunch of us hop into WvW.
  Actually plays together – I would like for the guild to actually do things as a group, and encourage other members to join in.
• Casual Friendly – We tend to be casual to semi-hardcore players. We don’t relentless farm or min max or always try to find the most efficient way of doing things. We just do what interests us. A guild with a similar atmosphere would be awesome… happy doing hardcore dungeon runs one night, working on zone completion as a gruop the next, then rolling into WvW as an organized strike force the next.
• Helpful – I would like a guild that is helpful to people who haven’t done content before. You don’t have to dump gold on them or buy them everything they want, but if they need help running AC story, help them out if you have time. I love helping people run content, even if I’ve done it before, and I find I’m happiest with other people with similar mindsets.
• PvX – We mostly lean towards PvE and WvW, but we’re not above jumping into sPvP if we have people to play with.
• Patient – We’re all decent players, but we make mistakes like everyone else. Not looking for an environment where the game is treated like a job.
• Voice chat – Would be really nice, but not a must have. If a guild hit on all of the above, we wouldn’t mind helping et voice chat setup.

It probably sounds like a lot, but like I said, I’m picky. We’re pretty low drama players who enjoy helping out guildies, even if we’re a little shy to start. We’re currently rocking Ehmery Bay, but would be open to moving to another NA server as long as it has a good, friendly population.

Feel free to check out Disarray on Anvil Rock… We are a pretty casual guild that doesn’t require anything from our members. We are focused on PvX, but mainly run explorer mode dungeons, Fractals and WvW. We have a few nights a week that we try to run WvW as a guild.

As for the server, we are fairly low population, so very little queues for WvW if any. Most players on the server are fairly competent, and although we don’t participate in the main alliance, there is one that you can join up with if you like to follow a zerg in WvW, however we hardly follow a zerg.

Disarray has around 70 – 75 players, with upwards to 30 or so members on any given night during peak hours. One thing that sets us a bit apart from other guilds is that we have guild ranks, based on the amount of time you are in the guild, so moving up in the guild is fairly easy. You don’t have to be a person that gives us all your gold or best items to move up in our guild.

One last thing…. If you all are interested at all, drop by our guild site and put in an app. I call it an app, but really it is just a little info that lets you get to know us, and us you. As long as you all are decent people you would be welcome! The site is http://www.disarrayguild.com.

ToP MoB is a new North American guild, on the Gates of Madness server, with a team that has over 8 years of guild managing experience. We will be specializing in creating various skill sets of teams to be able and burn through the end game content all while helping each other out in many constructive ways in PvE and play competitively in PvP to achieve our end goal…….Dominating! Xen of Onslaught [XoO] is seeking quality members for our GW2 division via direct individual recruitment and small guild acquisitions. Ideal candidates enjoy PvP and will exhibit activity levels of 15 to 40+ hours per week. XoO is a multi-game, PvP focused guild that was founded in 2002 and has had continuous activity across multiple games since that time. Primary Time Zones: The member base is primarily North American, with significant numbers in Europe and a small Oceanic region base that we would also like to expand. Our GW2 division is currently in the NA region.

What you can expect from XoO in Guild Wars 2:

We are a PvP focused community that will engage in frequent WvW on a competitive server and have tPvP teams anywhere on the skill spectrum from pick-up hot-join to high end competitive tourneys. There are PvX players in the guild and a good portion of the XoO membership intends to play through the PvE story and end-game content as well. We are an adult gaming guild with a matching atmosphere and will maintain this community philosophy in the GW2 community. XoO also has its own TS3 server with a relatively high population cap enabling it to support the community across multiple games simultaneously.

You will find that the XoO membership will help you push your game toward improvement whether you are a semi-casual player just trying to get decent gear and a decent skill level or you are a hardcore gamer seeking a competitive group to run with.

awh Breeyn wrote the type of concise post that I was going to do. I’ll just conclude with: Dynasty Warriors sounds just like what you’re looking for.

We have a lot of groups of friends that have joined us for the same reasons as you are looking for a guild. We’re Casual PvX with active WvW team. International and on Far Shiverpeaks.
The guild itself has a 9 year old history, and I’ve been with the community for 7 years myself. We went into GW2 from GW1 with about 40 players that we’ve gathered up through the years that were still in touch.

Some have made friends, some have found partners through the years within this community.

Our “requirements” to join are quite simple:
Little requirements
- social attitude
- knowledge about the game content and mechanics is a plus, but not necessary. We’re very open to teach you anything you want to know as long as you’re open to learn.

We use TS3 for voicecoms.

If you don’t mind anime chat occasionally you could give Lucky Stars a try out ~ you should have seen our tag around Ehmry Bay since its also our home server, we pretty much cover all your bases, we have about 100 members in total, averaging 8 – 20 online any given day – Not going to lie, obviously alot of people have gone on haitus hence the massive recruitment campaign we are about to start.

We have many great players, we originally hosted the first Ebay Straits of Devastation Karma zergs, and we have plans for the future ~ we want more members, doesn’t really matter if you love or hate anime does it? We get stuff done period ~ We would love to get a higher presence in W3 too.
