And here I am yet again, still looking for a guild in NA. All previous ones I’ve tried have been completely MIA every time I’ve played the game. Maybe I haven’t been clear enough about when I’m on, so I’ll try this again.

• I’m in the Eastern time zone and usually play the game weekdays 5-10. However this is subject to change on a whim because I play other games too. Weekends I play sporadically.
• In Henge of Dervani, and I’m tried of switching servers
• I’m not an experienced MMO RPG player, but I’m a fast learner
• I’d like to try out WvW with a group I can actually talk to
• I’d also like to try dungeons with a guild because way in hell am I walking into one without a team on voice chat.
• I’m not a “SOOOOO SERIOUS” player, I’d prefer a loose and casual player atmosphere. The more demented the better.
• I have a thief who just hit 80, and I’m planning to make a necromancer in the future.

Come on GW2 community, there’s got to be some group out there for me. I’m tired of wandering around world maps that are as desolate as STALKER.

You aren’t being clear. 5-10 what? AM or PM? If its AM then you should be looking for an Oceanic guild like me

I have read your post and wanted to reply and offer you a spot in our small cosy laid back guild.

We have only 22 members atm, of course we are willing to grow a bit more in the future, but still keep the family feeling.

All our members are 18+ right now, I would not mind taking younger members, as long as it wont be the majority of our roster.

The guild abides by two simple rules.

DEA on Yak’s Bend is a very active, casual guild that was made for players who enjoy grouping up and playing the game with other people a majority of the time.

We have over 200 members and a lot of them are friends and family. Guild events are at least once a week in which we get in groups and do entire zones, but none are mandatory.

We are mainly PVE, but there are some who pvp and we have members of all levels.

We use Raidcall for voice chat, it’s super easy to set up and get chatting.

We don’t have a guild, we have a family. Black Legion Mercenary Company might be a good fit for you. Strong member base with 12-35 people on at a given time. We are based on eastern time. We have events in PvE such as dungeons, raids in WvW, teams for sPvP running all the time. We use mumble for voice chat as it’s invaluable in running events. We have a laid back approach to things. Just to give you an idea of the type of environment you’d be joining….we have 35 members in game at the moment with 14 in mumble. And it’s not our peak time…..that’s in the evenings. You mention you’re tired of switching servers but I’d like to suggest that if you’re seeing world maps that are desolate, and this is anything but a once-only freak accident of timing, you may want to consider switching your server one more time to something that is high or often full, and maybe do a little research on server communities to see what timezone many of the players are in. On Tarnished Coast during my usual time (for me that would be after 8pm EST) you can’t go twenty steps without seeing someone. I mean, really, at 4am EST, DR is still full of people…

I love how I PM people who advertise a group and then they never bother responding.

The “community” of this game is turning into a joke.

Invictus on the Maguuma server is now recruiting active players. We are a guild composed of like minded adults that come from many other mmo backgrounds. We have weekly events planned like spvp and explore mode runs. We have our own vent server that is used on a regular basis. Most members are lvl 40+ with a hand full of 80’s. We are all adults that know that real life comes first. We also know that when your in a game you want to feel at home in a guild and enjoy knowing you represent that guild. Our members are all seasoned players that raided in other mmos so dungeon runs are enjoyable. We have strong pvpers also and once a week we like to get together and go do some spvp sometimes just take a whole server and fight each other for fun. Once a month we have a planned guild event that a prize is awarded. The use of our website is where you can keep track of events. Lastly we just like to be a place where people can get on make friends and enjoy a game together. Hope to see you soon

Majority of game play is on EST. currently at 20 ACTIVE members.

Yes, you would have to move again, but I think you would find it worth it. We have recently added about 5 more ppl from these forums and are running dungeons nightly.
Always always 5 or 6 on at est, which might not sound like alot but thats ALWAYS, then we usually spike 10 to 15 during your play time.

You seem like you have certain critieria you want in a guild, so let me say what I would expect of you then as a member.

Be active on the forums. Be social in gchat. yeah tough rules I know.

I have noticed this as well Shooopa. There are many guild masters out there that dont seem to take their job very seriously. Hold your head up tho. Youll find the right guild in time.

I would have invited you to come check out Forbidden but i fear your prime playtime may be a bit different than ours. May i ask… what time zone are you in?

I’d like to invite you to consider Cynical on Crystal Desert Server. We are a PVX, NA Guild of approx 100 players, focusing on PVE and WVW. On a normal night during primetime, we have approx 25-30 guild members on normally.

We regularly schedule Guild Dungeon/Map Completion events, as well as WvW Events. We are a member of a 14 guild alliance, and we participate with these guilds for large scale WvW events on weekends. Our guild events are optional, and we do have signups available. Your level of participataion is completely up to you!

We have a number of players new to the game still leveling, as well as players who are leveling second/third characters, so there is also opportunity for you to group up for events/leveling.

Cynical has full guild buffs available, as well as a max size guild bank filled with equipment and consumables for alts/new players etc. We also have a large voice chat server, and an active website updated constantly.

We have a strong community of players who are always willing to help eachother out, so hopefully you will consider Cynical as your new home!

I am starting to think of this as a troll post… cmon man. You seem to be looking for too much for a casual player that plays other games with all these different guilds posting, PLUS you have another post before this one! Seriously….

Maybe stick with a guild more than a day before deciding it isn’t right for you and give it like a week before making a decision.

Our guild always has 30+ players on at the times you said you play most often, but I’m not sure if I’m even interested at this point.

Well I’m sure not interested in YOUR group then if the kind of attitude I see from your post here is what I’d see there.

Look bud, I’ve been in two guilds already and had the same experience – no one there. That pretty much defeats the entire purpose of joining one don’t it?

But hey, what do I know right? I’m obviously just trolling because I don’t want to stick around in a guild that no one else even logs on in! What a horrible thing right?

If you mean 5-10 pm then you might like us Saints, but we are on Northern Shiverpeaks. We do have like 3-4 people that play 4-9am EST if you did mean that.

We are a small tight-knit pvp clan looking to bring in members for WvW. Our group uses teamspeak when playing and just to hangout.

Guys, one other important note.

If your server’s full then there’s no reason to even bother because I cannot get in. The populations are settling and I can’t even switch servers at odd hours like 3-4 AM because they’re still full.
