Background:

I won’t hide anything from you so here it goes:

We’ve been around in Blackgate for awhile and we were doing good at one point until we started slipping and activity has dropped. We used to run WvW Weekly and used to have 20+ Core members on Daily. Now things have changed and we’re working our way back up.

• Currently we have 15+ on per day, a big drop from 40+ on per day. with maybe 10 Core members.
• 2 Officers, dropped down from 10
• 1 Commander

Yeah it sounds bad, but as bad as it seems we’re still functioning well as a Guild!

We run Dungeons Daily. WvW comes in time to time, and this is something I hope to improve on eventually when we recruit more Active members. I PvP Daily for fun if anyone is interested in that as well.

My co-leader is currently inactive due to schooling and busy life. I’m hoping I can find another and also fill in some officer spots!

So here’s my offer:

1. We’re looking for a Guild Co-Leader.

Requirements:

• Respect for all Guild Members and not immature.
• Active almost Daily and can lead large amounts of members in any Guild Activity
• Simply help the Guild Grow to it’s fullest potential.

Experience in Leading is not Required but I’d prefer it.

2. GUILD MERGING

No we will not merge our Guild into another Guild but if any Guilds are interested in merging together please contact me asap! We can make arrangments for all that to happen as soon as we can.

3. Guild Alliance

We are willing to open and form a Guild Alliance. Maybe a Trio. Yes, I already know there is a Blackgate WvW Alliance but I’m still down for creating one.

4. Officer Positions

Normally we only promote “Vanguards” in the Guild to Officer Rank but I will make an exception… on one conditions. You must have at least some experience in being an Officer for a Guild or somehow convince me to give you a shot at it.

Also take note that our Guild Name blends well with the Server
