Greetings!
I’ve been playing since headstart, and have a Human Guardian named Wrene that is now level 41. I’m currently on Sorrow’s Furnace, but would be willing to switch servers. I enjoy PVE and crafting, and am looking forward to jumping into PVP. I’ve been having too much fun just exploring!

I’m a casual player, 32 years of age with real life obligations. So I might play anywhere from once a week to an 8 hour session on the weekend. I’m looking for a like minded guild. Smaller in size, with people close to my age, who take time doing things. I’m in no rush to be 80, and just want a group of people to relax and enjoy what is in front of us.

On top of that, I hate Vent. Yup, I said it. If there is a guild out there that doesn’t use it, sign me up. I hate that it’s become a substitute for guild chat. However, it has usefulness in dungeons and wvw, so I have no problems using it. Just don’t expect me to talk lol. /endoldtimergamer-rage.

I know you stated that you hated vent, but you were right, it is a useful tool during dungeons and other instances where unfortunately there may not be enough time to type a response or statement. We are striving to build our numbers and help all members achieve max level to enjoy end-game content. We want to experience all aspects of the game from map exploration, dungeons, PvP and WvWvW. With that being said; however, there is absolutely no rush to reach level cap. Games are meant to be enjoyable and you should level at the pace that is right for you to make it fun.

We welcome all classes and levels and will assist you in any way possible to make your gaming experience more enjoyable. Our guild has everything from veteran MMORPG players to players who are just now getting a feel for these types of games. We would also be more than happy to answer any questions that you would have concerning the game, helping with story line quests, dynamic events and learning the mechanics of dungeons. If your ok joining a small guild (We have 5 players atm) but hopefully more will join us in the next little while let me know. We are on Sorrow’s Furnace as well. Knights of Beowulf is a mature clan (30-65 ish) with no drama. We are also not in a rush to 80, but are enjoying our time leveling up and seeing what the game has to offer. We do have 2 people at your lvl or above right now and a few in the 20’s (Like me) working to catch up a bit.

We do have a vent server, but we don’t require you use it, or we are ok if you sit in the shadows and just listen in when we are doing a dungeon or PVP. We also don’t ask you to be on at any given time. Play when you like. Our usual playtime is between 9 PM – 1 AM CST, but we are still active at other times as well. Hopefully we will get enough people joining to have people to party with no matter what time you come to play.

If you are interested, message me in the forums here, or whisper me in game on Psyzin, or you can go to our forums and post in the Applications that you are interested in joining. Jaded[Jade] on Darkhaven is recruiting active, friendly, and mature members. We are a family-style guild looking to form long-term friendships through PvE and PvP. We have forums and a vent server, which we use during dungeons. Also, we already have a player who just listens in and will participate by typing in party chat or guild chat.
