Dark World Syndicate [DWS] Returns

Our Story

We formed back on the second week of the second month after game release. Activity was great! 40+ online per day! People talking and having fun together in Raid Call. Eventually our Co-Leader had to take off for Police Academy and has been gone ever since. After that several Officers went MIA due to schooling, work, or other duties that life calls for. Activity slowly dropped as we became more disorganized but we thrived and we stayed at a decent 25+ online per day. Over time the Guild members became a little more distant and Activity dropped even more to 15+ online per day. Now this month Activity has gone down another 5 players online per day but TODAY _3/18/2013 we’ve recruiting some new members and we have a new Officer._

Our Plans

We plan on Rebuilding. We’re kicking out inactive players and starting off small. We will build up a good/decent size/group of core players then we’ll go big. We’re currently at 163 members so we’re expecting that to drop to about 80 or less. We always message people we kick and give them the reason and we have open arms and are willing to reinvite if they decide to come back and play with us.

We plan on WvWing every week and we will hold _Optional to attend Guild Meetings one hour before the Guild WvW Event. During this time you can get to know Guildies, set up groups for WvW, suggest anything for the Guild, Comment or speak your thoughts, etc._

We are in the process of upgrading Guild Mission: Guild Puzzle and we will run together on this fun event!

We will eventually get into the PvP area of the game and have a full server of Guild Members. We are just currently looking to build up a good solid amount of core players.

Requirements

>I only plan on having 50% of members online to represent but if an officer asks you to represent, you are required to represent.

>Raid Call must be put to good use! We use Raid Call instead of Ventrilo or Teamspeak. We will not force you to use this program to chat with us but we will require you to download it and we encourage you to use it whenever you are in-game.

>Respect and Maturity is required from all Guild Members. This is the biggest thing for us. We are a Family we respect each other and have fun!

• We will always have our 10% Magic Find bonus up 24/7 and if you want/need any boosters you can ask, and we can provide!

• We will make our presence known in WvW and our commander(s) will satisfy your want for victory at all costs!
