Guild Wars 2

I have spent far too much time looking for groups for dungeons. Some nights I will spend more time “LFG” then actually playing dungeons. I try and stay on overflow because I usually find Ill have a higher chance of getting groups due to the multiple servers that share the space. I know there is a lot of talk on whether a dungeon group finder tool is good or bad, and whether the devs will even implement it.

But I am here to put my idea forward. I have created a guild, solely for the reason of being a cross zone, cross server chat channel, exclusively for dungeons. It will take some time building up members before it becomes fully functional, but I believe if people are interested in this, it will spread.

This has a huge potential to flop. I have no problem with that. But I am far too tired of running around and flipping between LA and my dungeon entrance hoping to snag a group.

Higher ranks shall be given to those who know dungeons very well and can act as teachers or guides for others. This will take sometime before it becomes practical but every member counts.

are you on US or EU?

I am in Canada, so US. But unless I am wrong that is irrelevant, because the point of this is to have a cross server guild.

as far as i’m aware, you can’t actually group up with people from the other datacenter. so i couldn’t play dungeons with you cause i’m on a EU server. the same thing goes for sPvP/tPvP if i’m not mistaken… i believe the only thing that’s literally “global” is the TP.
