(echo range(foxtrot thieves) each captain has an XO chosen by himself and senior officers and between them both they select and manage their members. The A and B teams are decided on skill. If you are a very skilled player you will most likely qualify to move from a B team to the A team for example delta»bravo melee
we host weekly meetings on fridays where promotions and annoucements are given. we also have training sessions after followed by the reset.
We have a strict 50% guild activity rule where if there are 50 guild members with only 20 active…5 inactives are kicked.
We have a very friendly atmosphere with about 10 females (RECORD!) and a lot of seriohs players with great senses of humour and a high level of tolerance for my sometimes questionable methods and antics…for example chasing a mini golem around for 15 minutes…putting down 1 omega and 16 alpha golems for Bay and jumping off cliffs screaming with laughter until the grissley end because i have a zerg on their way down with me. Apart from the mad moments again we contribute massively to ROF WvW and arecovering every map 24/7 with an excellent night squad.
