Guild Wars 2

Due to my working schedule, I’m mostly able to play during the (EU) mornings from around 6am till 10am (CEST / UCT+2). With most EU guilds then still being asleep when playing, and I feel quite lonely and miss out on most of the WvW fun and dungeons. I’m about to hop to a US server (still free I saw) and a new guild…

Right now I’m not sure if an east-coast of west-coast guild is best for me to join (time difference -6 / -9 resp.). I’m also on-line after work if not too tired to play (7pm to around 9pm), east-coast might be the most logical for their morning & late evening players, while more west-coast players are online when I’m online in the morning…

I’m looking for a guild witch is active in both PvE and WvW, with sPvP being optional (can’t care too much about eSports).. The guild should exist of mature players (not meaning age, but mentality), where fun for the game is more important than being thebest. A guild consisting of (former) Lineage II players would be very nice ;-)

About me. I’m a 43-old man living in Holland. Have played a lot of MMO’s, but so far I’ve enjoyed Lineage II (best PvP system) and Lord of the Rings online (best PvE story line) the best, with Guild Wars 2 now being my new MMO-love.
At this moment I have a level 50 necromancer and a level 11 ranger.

Creators of eXtreme Nightmares is a large multi-gaming clan that is currently setting up a Guild Wars 2 department. We have a Steam group with over 50.000 members following us every day. Our goal is to set a name in this Guild Wars community as well.

We are currently looking for people to strengthen our team for Guild Wars 2. If you are looking for a small group (the Guild should have a member base of 50 to 75 members in the end) of players that want to have fun in every aspect of the game, then you are in the right topic. We want to do raids, dungeons, PvP, WvW and achieve to have our map complete. None of this will be on hardcore base, but on a very social and friendly base. Play the game when you have time, real life is also important. Of course you have to stay active within the Guild/Clan, but we do not ask from you to stay online 24/7.

We have set the follow requirements:

- Be active.
- Be mature!
- 18+ would be preferred, although you could join when you are younger, but act older.
- Check out the website/forum every once and a while.
- Be able to use TS3 with a working microphone.
- Be able to speak decent English.

What do we have to offer?
- A friendly and social Guild in the game Guild Wars.
- A membership of a clan that has a well-known name in the gaming world.
- A platform (website, forum, TS3 and Steam community) were you will find friendly people to play others games or just socialize with.
- A TS3 server always filled with people ready to socialize or play a game.

As last I would like to add that we have people from all over the world in the Clan. Both North and South America, Europe and even people from India. We don’t recruit on country, everyone is welcome.

Thanks for the invite 16, but looking at the guild site, I see only games I’d never play. I think it’s a bad start to team up with players with a far different (gaming)mindset than I have…

The Gryphons Aerie is a small, casual PvE/RP guild on Tarnished Coast working on an East Coast schedule. However, RP is purely optional. Hey DemiGoth, Whispers of Acoma seems like it would be right up your alley, we are friendly, mature and helpful. We are not a hardcore guild, we play when we have have time and enjoy the game, none of this rushing to 80 or farming events. We play the game as intended and enjoy helping others to enjoy the game too, we do guild events almost daily and base it around what the members are in the mood for. Laidback, we also have forums and Teamspeak so you do not have to be in game to be social and keep up with us server and forums below.

Knights of Beowulf (Sorrow’s Furnace) are so far made up of Ex- Lineage 2 players who have been playing L2 for the last 8+ years. Not sure what server you were on, but we were on the original Bartz server, which is now Chronos, and we came from the ArcaneGenesis Clan (Hopefully you weren’t an enemy ). Haven’t talked to many of the L2 players into moving over here yet, but still working on getting a few more to move on over.

We consist of a Guild Leader from Scotland, and the rest of us so far are from Canada/US. We are looking more for casual players that are here to have fun, and not rush to Lvl 80. Our ages range from about 30-65. We are doing more PVE at the moment, but once we get to a decent level, will partake in the WvWvW alot more. I will be setting up a forum in the next few weeks, and we do have a Ventrilo server already in place. If your interested let me know. It looks like I have found my guild to join

I started on Devianne back in 2006 because of the latency and (better) siege times for me. Moved to Teon in 2009 and left for about a year. When Naia was created after merge, I returned (late 2010) and enjoyed L2 for the last year till GoD was released.

I’ll be moving to your server and team up with you guys. I guess I’ll know a number of players from the L2 forums
