Guild Wars 2

Hi there!

My roommate and I belong to our own active 2-man guild on the Ehmry Bay server. We are currently looking to migrate to a larger guild, though!

A background:
I play as a guardian and my roommate as an engineer. We are both level 80. He has achieved map completion and I am not far behind. We both wear a full setup of exotic gear, including accessories. Our current guild possesses all tier 3 upgrades besides Art of War, so we understand the importance of guild buffs. We play multiple games with each other and make the best out of our time in-game, whether it be completing dailies, roaming WvW, or running a dungeon, we have fun!

We are both very active players, usually logging in on a daily basis. I am in a relationship that takes me out of town every other week, so I am often on for 7-10 days consecutively with 1-3 days of absence. My roommate is a professor and programmer by trade. He is on as frequently, if not more, than myself but sometimes requires a 1-2 day break to complete university projects.

My past consists of 2.5 years of Star Wars Galaxies, 2.5 years of World Of Warcraft, a lengthy break from MMO gaming to attend college, 1 year of Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Guild Wars 2 since launch day. I have been in the most laid-back of casual guild as well as the most demanding of raiding guilds, if it at all matters.

Type of environment we hope to be a part of:
We are looking for a casual, yet active, guild. A guild that will not penalize us for our brief days of absence due to real world circumstances. A lighthearted environment. A moderate to crude sense of humor is not frowned upon! A group of friendly players who are willing to help each. A “play it by ear” or loosely scheduled outlook on guild activities including dungeons (story and exploration), WvW, leveling, Fractals of the Mist progression, jumping puzzles, you name it! Vocal chat capabilities and a guild forum could be cool too! We are willing to transfer serves but would prefer to remain on Ehmry Bay!

I can be found in-game playing Rezeric and my roommate goes by Wrelt.

I’ve been with Ecclesia for over 2 years, and I can tell you that there are many casual and mature guilds out there, there isn’t one more welcoming and helpful than ours. We’re all about playing the game at the pace you want, when you want.

We like to do some of everything in the game. We do fractals, dungeons, wvw, jumping puzzles, wvw puzzles, level alts together, team up on world completetion, personal story, etc.

We have members who log on every night, and some who takes weeks off at a time for work and school. We all have lives outside of this; it’s just a game, after all.

We have very few requirements; 18+ years of age, and we like to keep our community free of anything obscene and vulgar. We consider ourselves a mature guild, but by no means does that mean we aren’t having fun. Which, btw, our community includes our website/forums and Teamspeak.

I have read your post and wanted to reply and offer you both a spot in our small cozy laid back guild, if you dont mind to change servers.
We have members from Europe, the US, and other parts of the world.

We have 108 members atm, and we are steadily growing, but we
still maintain to keep the family feeling.

We have a mature member base, I would not mind taking a few
younger members, as long as it wont be the majority of our roster.

Although we are not huge, we have a very active group of people
now, we play every day and mostly play together in party.

We have weekly organized WvW/PvP, Dungeon & FotM runs, and even Music Night, and our members do all those activities together with other guild members every day as well.

We use RaidCall to talk, and a lot of us are on there on a daily basis as well.
