OK here’s the thing. I join a guild, and it’s fun, then everyone stops playing.

A little About me;

+I’m born British but I’m In New Zealand so Time Zone UTC + 12 hours
+Main Char name: GW2: Renn Trueshot. GW1: Renn Of The Feather.
+Played GW1 for 5 years and GW2 since a month after release.
+Currently In Borlis Pass but WILL CHANGE FOR GUILD
+I like to play socially, so exploring with other in the world dungeons WvW and SPvP
+I’m Male, 22, Mature but I have a good sense of humor

I need a guild that is;
+Active
+Friendly
+Has Voice Chat
+Isn’t over crowded but doesn’t have tumble weed in the Guild Chat
+Not Over controlled (Doesn’t have 12 ranks of randomness, but has a steady flow of +GOOD EXPERIENCED officers junior and senior )
+Isn’t at the bottom of WvW but Isn’t at the top
+Server must have good commanders, not like Borlis who seems to be gaining a bunch of bullet sponges, I’m a military man and hate it when there’s someone in command who can’t lead.
+I also LOVE to play through story missions and do world completion in groups, if you do anything like this, I would really like to hear from you
+A tight guild is a good guild. Sick of being in a fall apart

Please explain how your 170+ members are a tight guild. How many of these represent over 75% of the time?

I was going to post my reply here, yes a copy-paste text, which for me means that im sure i have all aspects of our guild described without typo’s etc………. Also using a copy-paste text leaves me more time to spend with my guild members, play my characters, and doing guild administration and guild-forum tasks.

I hope you understand that guild leaders not always have time to reply to every LFG post in a personal way.

We are tight-knit because we are constantly playing and communicating with each other. You’ll rarely see DIS running alone in WvW, PvE or Dungeons. I’d like to think this is a direct result from our daily events that encourage collaboration and interaction. I’d say 85% of our members represent DID above 75% of the time.

I run an actively casual guild on Devona’s Rest and we’re always looking for more players interested in joining our ranks. We have weekly events, such as dungeon runs and WvW, but we’re also the spontaneous type that will decide on the hour to do something.
