Vanishing Legacy, whats it all about …

We would like to describe ourselves as “a mature gamers guild” as one of our main rules is our age limit for new members. If you want to join “Vanishing Legacy” you have to be at least 21 years old and generally be considered as a mature by yourself as well as others. By mature we mean relaxed and laid back, yet serious when required, friendly and willing to help others and above all tolerant and willing to compromise when needed. Our most important rule however is that “Real life comes first”, as we are here to enjoy our time in game and we understand that there are other more pressing things such as families and/or work.

Our goal is to structure our leadership in such a way to reflect above requirements and give freedom to our members to fully enjoy their time spent in game and not to worry about the meaningless rules and boundaries other guilds usually impose on their members. We will tend to involve all our members in decision making as much as possible, but some core decisions sometimes will be made by Guild Elders themselves.

We consider ourselves a casual guild and above all would like to keep a friendly, family like atmosphere within the guild. However, casual does not mean disorganized, when it comes to guild group activities (raids, expert dungeons, pvp, etc) we can be and always strive to be highly organized and disciplined, but will still try to enjoy our gaming and not have it become a second job.

We prefer and highly encourage guild group play, but we understand that our members can’t take part in every group event. We encourage our members to use both guild voice comms (even if only for listening) and guild forum as much as possible, so even when you are soloing you will feel you are part of the guild.

We strive to be drama free, but from our experience we know that unfortunately sometimes drama is unavoidable. However, when it does occur, we will try to resolve it swiftly and fairly by discussing matters with all sides involved. We will try to do this in a transparent manner and not hide anything from our members. We are adults and we will treat you as one.

Hi, sry for late reply but we stopped recruitment for couple weeks as we had quite a few new members joining us lately, but wer now open for few more members.

We r quite active, usually 25+ ppl online during peak hours (18 -24).

I saw your thread and I’m very much interested in your guild. It sounds exactly like the community I’m looking for; laid back, friendly and mature, as well as no rules regarding staying an active member.

Let me give you a brief overview of myself. I enjoy online company and meeting new people. I consider myself a friendly and easy going person who can get along with everyone. I try to avoid drama on the internet, as it is pointless and usually a waste of time. Your community is exactly what I’m looking for; people that understand the concept of real life issues (as I am going off to college this fall), and they are mature and responsible with mature matters and can handle it like adults. I’m more mature for my age; I am 18, and looking for a more mature community. I hope this is not an issue seeing you require 21+ years of age. I hope this won’t cause any trouble.

From time to time we do make an exception regarding age limit, but only if application is really, really, good and your not younger then 18 (or friend/family member of existing member, but again at least 18+).

The guild is growing and more and more actives happen all the time. We now do regular guild missions and unlock them all as fast as we can. We are still looking for ppl who wants to join our nice casual but very active guild on the Gandara server. We now do regular guild missions and unlock them all as fast as we can. Ppl run dungeons and other PVE activities all the time and we hope to be more active in WvW again. I am DOW from Vanishing Legacy and I just wanted to post on here to let everyone know about us.

We are a great guild to join for Guild Wars 2, we are active and do many group events together: we do these group events every week and it not only helps build a community but we do them because we have fun.

In VaLe everyone is welcome casual or hardcore, we have something for everyone even if it is just to play the game while talking to people. If you want more, and you want team play, we do many of these also: such as Random Dungeon night and Friday Fractals! Now we do these on most nights anyway, but this is so everyone can get together and do these even the casual players: and if you need help because your not experienced we are there. This is a community!

On the progression side of things we are really ramping up the guild missions, soon we will have unlocked Rush and then it is just a short time away till we get Challenge and the next one. The only thing holding us back now is commendations and we do as many as we can each week: both for the guild and for all who participate.

So sign up on the forums and fill out a application, we have some rules and requirements but read them and you probably will find you fit in well. See you ingame.

It is a free Weekend currently, and if you decide to buy the game and are new, you should defiantly check us out.

We are a helpful, active guild that wants Casual and Hard Core players. We do events almost every day, dungeons and Fractals are the same.
Out guild is gearing up the Guild Missions now also, as we have Guild Rush. That means it is only a short time before we get the others, and our guild is growing more and more each day.

Hello DOW here, now is a great time to join Vanishing Legacy. We have many new recruits and are busy helping them understand how we do things. For example how we run loads of events and you can feel free to show up to any or none. This is a casual guild if you do not have the time, as many of our members are casual, and it is a hard core guild for those who like to be active every day. I personally run most of them but with more active people willing to run events we now have a event almost every night. So far Thursday is free if you want to run one lol.

Really though now is a good time to join, we can help you in the game and teach you how things work: and if you a active player and want to do a event every night then now is the perfect time to join us.
We also run dungeons and fractals every night, and have a event for them separately, to bring everyone together. It both benefits the casual players in our guild and the hard core. As the casual player can come on then and get guaranteed a dungeon run with guildies who are friendly and helpful, and the hard core player can run dungeons all night!

Vanishing Legacy is starting to do a lot more new events, such as Group Leveling to get those alts or mains up and other events. Soon in 2 week we shall have Challenge missions, which shall mean that in our guild we can earn 5 commendations week if you do all the events.
