Guild Wars 2

I am a new commander that recently transferred to Gates of Madness and looking to put together one bad kitten crew to destroy everything we come across on the battle field.
prime time events would be held around 1900 EST
I am starting this guild from scratch with a few of my in game friends so Officer positions and lead roles within the guild will need to be filled. some basic guidelines/rules id like to implement into the guild are as following

Id like every member to be 70+ for now. (as numbers grow id like every one to have a “main” that is level 80)
Id like members to represent the guild (at least when in WvW events with us)
Members must have Team speak
Id like to have 3 to 4 Officers capable of leading WvW events.
Mature and helpful members lets not just be a guild lets be a community
Follows orders!!! this is a big one everyone will have a job to do and in order for us to be successful every one has to listen!!!
I lead with cardinal directions North, south, east, west… so be somewhat familiar with them.

As stated before this is a brand new guild so as of now there is no website in place and I will be getting a team speak once we have enough members to start filling it!
