I along with about 7 other friends are looking for a new NA guild. Due to circumstances we chose to break ties with our last guild. We are all over the age of 18 and play this game roughly 7+ hours daily. We love to PvE (Dungeons, nodes, finishing maps), PvP (a few love to spvp), and WvW as a group to have fun with one another. We do all have mics and love to talk, so pleaseeeeee have a voice server of some sort. We sometimes have a tendency to talk as if we were fighting and hating on each other, but in all it is all for fun. We come from all over the US, with different ethnic backgrounds.

What to expect from us:
Tons of guild influence (we love dungeons)
Jokes and Laughter
Help and tons of experience for nearly every aspect of the game.
Activity from us is never going to be a problem, for we are always on as if we live in Tyria

What we are looking for:
Have a voice server (more closely-knit guilds have this)
Be mature group
Be a fairly large guild (not looking for a zerg-like guild, but a guild with a lot of people on to dungeon, WvW, and more importantly talk with)
Be laid-back (we don’t always play this game and sometimes just like to talk about life and what not)

I am the guild leader for Cry Havoc. We’re a small guild on Emhry bay. Now, you may think small = bad, but that just means that there is room for you! we have 17 players, (all adults except for my 15 year old son) and we love this game too!

we usually play from 2 or 3 eastern till about 10 or 11 eastern, but you can find some of our guys on all night. We run dungeons daily, and I might brag a little and say we’re getting pretty good at it.

We use ventrilo for everything…we’re usually yacking about something in there, even if it isnt necessarily about the game, its more social. but we require everyone to have it, so that we can be better organized.

We are a group of friends, but we arent a clique, so there wont be any problem with you not being able to get in on what we’re doing.

Xen of Onslaught [XoO] is seeking quality members for our GW2 division via direct individual recruitment and small guild acquisitions. Ideal candidates enjoy PvP and will exhibit activity levels of 15 to 40+ hours per week. XoO is a multi-game, PvP focused guild that was founded in 2002 and has had continuous activity across multiple games since that time. Among other gaming accomplishments we had a significant presence in the original Guild Wars, being named guild of the week in October of 2005 and participating at the world championships playoffs in 2006, being one of only eight US guilds to participate. As a guild we have demonstrated long term viability and experience in managing relatively high roster populations.

Primary Time Zones: The member base is primarily North American, with significant numbers in Europe and a small Oceanic region base that we would also like to expand. Our GW2 division is currently in the NA region.

What you can expect from XoO in Guild Wars 2:

We are a PvP focused community that will engage in frequent WvW on a competitive server and have tPvP teams anywhere on the skill spectrum from pick-up hot-join to high end competitive tourneys. There are PvX players in the guild and a good portion of the XoO membership intends to play through the PvE story and end-game content as well. We are an adult gaming guild with a matching atmosphere and will maintain this community philosophy in the GW2 community. XoO also has its own TS3 server with a relatively high population cap enabling it to support the community across multiple games simultaneously.

You will find that the XoO membership will help you push your game toward improvement whether you are a semi-casual player just trying to get decent gear and a decent skill level or you are a hardcore gamer seeking a competitive group to run with.

It seems that there are a lot of guilds out there that have what we consider to be ludicrous requirements for membership.

“Moonies” are not required to spend any “set” amount of time in game. Log in when you feel like it. Once in, spend your time doing what is fun for you. If you like dungeons and pvp, enjoy! If those things are not your cup of tea, by all means, don’t do them! Keep your money! We will not “tax” you or ask you to contribute real life or game cash for anything. Ever. Group and participate in guild chat if/when you feel like it. Quietly do your thing solo if that’s what you enjoy.

I’m probably a tad late but what the hell, I’ll throw my hat in the ring anyways XD

For the last 2-3 weeks, I’ve been a part of the Ironbreakers guild in Sea of Sorrows server (US), and it quite frankly has been pure awesomesauce. Its a small/medium guild (60 members – 1/3 is very active) – but what we lack in size, we make up for with our glorious shenanigans and Iron efficiency (pun intended). For our time playing, we have a pretty even mix of PvE and WvW (probs leaning slightly more towards PvE).

We’re primarily an Aussie guild, but that being said, most of the active Aussies we have tend to be on late into the early hours of the morning, so we overlap with the US a fair bit XD On another note, we also have a fair few people in different time zones (and growing), including the ol’ US of A (hope voting went swimmingly)

Also, I should probably mention, our guild is essentially an amalgamation of smaller guilds, and hence why we have several leaders. So it would be kind of the norm if you guys made the plunge (no pressure :P)

I’m only an officer of the guild, but from the time I’ve been here, its been awesome fun, which I think are the result of two things: several awesome leaders who keep the guild running smoothly (and free from drama) and the fact we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Looking a bit more at our social side, I think most of us are 20+, but the foundation members I think are around early to mid 20s. Other than that, we lurrrve chilling in our TS channel and allowing all the random banter that ensues XD

Who are Minders of the Keg

KEG is a PVE and World vs World Oveanic based guild that exists for a group of players to get together and have a laugh. A lot of our players are very experienced with games in general and have a strong community feel. We as a guild want to make this a fun environment for everyone, and we want to work together as a team to accomplish the goals that we have set for ourselves and are looking for other like-minded individuals that have the same goals set for themselves as well. We are a mature guild that will be using some graphic language and we do not have an age requirement, but we do require you to have a certain level of maturity, we don’t want thirteen year olds running around being rude to other people and our guild members and destroying our guild reputation. We spend most of our time on mumble but have a Ventrilo server we can use too. We are a laid back guild that is looking to expand and increase our presence in the World vs World front.

Minders of the Keg has a working website with forums, calendar, private messages, customization, and more. We currently have a Mumble server to help with organization. Mumble is required if you want to be a part of our World vs World/dungeon teams. We have guild crafting, so if you ever need anything just ask our crafters and we also have a working guild bank. We also have dedicated players, officers, and the guild leader who are willing to work with you, let you suggest things and help you out whenever you need help.

What do we want from you?

We are looking for players who will get back up when they are knocked down and will help us to make Sea of Sorrows a bigger and better server. We need people who are willing to learn new tactics and willing to work with us as well as our allies in perfecting new strategies and new approaches to world vs world. There are days where there will be guild full of comedians, but at the end of the day we still respect each other’s boundaries, beliefs, and opinions. More importantly? A little history
Apex is a multi-gaming clan which has been together since 2002 playing games such as Legend of Mir 2 and Ultima Online. Our name began to spread amongst the MMO world during the Legend of Mir 3 years where Apex dominated. Since then Apex has flocked to dozens of MMOs and other online games such as Aion, WoW, League of Legends, DOTA 2, RF Online, Guild Wars, World of Tanks, Eve Online, Diablo III, Starcraft II, and many others.

Our intentions
Apex arrive into Guild Wars 2 not to just play and have fun (which is our main priority) but to also make a status for ourselves on the server in both PvE and PvP. We have dedicated and friendly members that will always help each other out when needed and when it comes to competitiveness then there’s no better heads to turn to – of course bringing a bucket of ice cold water is usually good for those heated PvP moments.

What we will be doing
To get ourselves into the game we’ll be just going in casually just to get to know the game a bit better. After a short period of this we are going to be having set days for dungeon crawling, WvW raids (the whole clan) , and structured PvP. We’re also putting together fixed Tournament groups to get us up the rankings and to make a name for ourselves.

Who can join?
Anyone can join the clan. While the majority of us are from the UK, we do have many players that are from Spain, Denmark, Holland, Germany, and other countries within Europe and the odd few from overseas. There is no age restriction however the one thing we do require is that you act in a mature manner, but also make sure that you can have a good old laugh too. :p

Hi, if some of you are wondering no we have not joined a guild yet. Some of us are having problems getting time to play with the latest storm in the East. So playing for those people is not an option at the moment. We are going to pick a guild based on all of our likings not just one or two peoples decision. The main thing to remember is that, the more desperately a guild chases you, the more it’s likely that they are greedy for the fact you’re a group of people. Guilds that are greedy for multiple people are often (not always, but often), the kind of guilds which are going for numbers over quality. be sure to watch for that in their approaches to you

If you’re willing to relocate to IoJ, Valór [RUN] is looking for more to join our WvW ranks. We naturally do PvE content/dungeons in between, but that is not our main focus.

If you’re interested in a small-medium guild (but growing) that has players that range from hardcore to casual, younger to older, cuts up but is serious when we need to be, and has alot of fun doing what we do, you should check us out! We are not a zerg guild by any means, and our criteria is simply “good people, good players”. We do have vent, and use it religiously.

The Guardians on Isle of Janthir is a multi-game gaming community, and our Guild Wars 2 division is recruiting. We are a PvX guild and run 4-5 guild events weekly. Events include Dungeon Nights, Guild Events with an RP flair, WvWvW nights, WvWvW seminars for new people, alt leveling groups, and jumping puzzles. There’s something for everyone.

We have more than 200 members on roster for GW2 and have every guild upgrade purchased. We typically run at least + Magic Find and +kill xp. We use mumble for voice communication, with Ventrilo available as well. We have a full fledged web-site with Calendar and forum functionality.

Thought I would give you a little info about Disarray of Anvil Rock…

We are a bit over 50 people deep now, inching closer every day to 60… As for active players… well most of us are. We are a PvX guild, and spend most of our time either in Dungeons or WvW. We are looking to also start a small sPvP group soon too.

As for who we are:

Most of us are from the US or Canada… spread through the 4 major time zones there. a good majority of us are on during the evening, and when we run WvW/Dungeons we normally fill easily two groups. With that being said, we are currently working on a “Competent Commanders Compendium” (my own coined term – thought of it just now). I am not knocking any of the other commanders out there, but leading a zerg and leading a complete war machine are two completely different things.

Anyway, back to us…. we are fun loving “adults” most being in their 20’s and 30’s. We have a few family members in the guild (be it brothers, or Husband/Wife Combos) with many different lifestyles.

If you all are looking for a great place to hang out, get some WvW or Dungeons done, or just wanting to talk, we have a Ventrilo as well as a guild website that we try to keep pretty active.

Warlord is about meeting new people and having fun PvPing. Now we’re looking to enjoy all aspects of Guild Wars 2. Warlord is a primarily NA WvW guild looking to get into sPvP and PvE. Our founding members come from many different MMOs including Aion, LoL, Rappelz, and Tera. We also have a vent.

We have over 300 members right now in the guild but will be cutting back our numbers to remove those inactive which due to WoW and other games coming out past 2 months have cause it to drop sadly. Our voice server of choice is raidcall, free to use and provides better sound quality imo. Also can customize the background of your raidcall which I quite enjoy.

On our website its currently set up to where those registered are only able to view parts but we plan on and currently slowly filling up the forums with our own info and such about the game to where ya wouldnt need links we provide.

My in game name is Kris Auditore if ya want to talk and would like to know more if ya have any questions ya like to ask. I’m pretty much on 9-12+ hours a day playing GW2 so most likely during the day and night I’m on.
