Guild Wars 2

My husband and I have hit level 80, finished our stories and now are looking for a guild to run dungeons, complete world exploration, and level alts with. We are EST, but also night owls so you will see us around 11pm-5am during the week, 3pm-6am during weekend. I am often on a little earlier than that playing on a few of my alts. I would say that we are pretty casual even though we are on almost all the time. Neither of us are interested in PVP.

We have been running under our own guild tag, with only he and I, but now have found that it is time to leave that and find something a little larger to get more regular dungeon runs in and just generally a good group of people to hang out with.

He has many years of MMO history spanning back(if not past) Vanilla wow. I on the other hand just started to get into gaming in general two years ago. We both have vent and can download other services if needed.

We are currently on Yak’s Bend and would prefer not to move if possible.

Xen of Onslaught [XoO] is seeking quality members for our GW2 division via direct individual recruitment and small guild acquisitions. Ideal candidates enjoy PvP and will exhibit activity levels of 15 to 40+ hours per week. XoO is a multi-game, PvP focused guild that was founded in 2002 and has had continuous activity across multiple games since that time. Among other gaming accomplishments we had a significant presence in the original Guild Wars, being named guild of the week in October of 2005 and participating at the world championships playoffs in 2006, being one of only eight US guilds to participate. As a guild we have demonstrated long term viability and experience in managing relatively high roster populations.

Primary Time Zones: The member base is primarily North American, with significant numbers in Europe and a small Oceanic region base that we would also like to expand. Our GW2 division is currently in the NA region.

What you can expect from XoO in Guild Wars 2:

We are a PvP focused community that will engage in frequent WvW on a competitive server and have tPvP teams anywhere on the skill spectrum from pick-up hot-join to high end competitive tourneys. There are PvX players in the guild and a good portion of the XoO membership intends to play through the PvE story and end-game content as well. We are an adult gaming guild with a matching atmosphere and will maintain this community philosophy in the GW2 community. XoO also has its own TS3 server with a relatively high population cap enabling it to support the community across multiple games simultaneously.

You will find that the XoO membership will help you push your game toward improvement whether you are a semi-casual player just trying to get decent gear and a decent skill level or you are a hardcore gamer seeking a competitive group to run with.

Requirements to join:
• 18 years or older
• Teamspeak 3 with working mic
• Desire to play and improve at PvP game modes
• At least a basic understanding of PvP concepts
• Ability to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively in a competitive setting
• Ability to follow orders when needed, provide feedback when needed and the common sense to know which situation you are in at a given moment
• Be mature, friendly and able to take a joke. This is a group of adult gamers who compete, laugh and work to improve together.

Hey there, we have many many couples and hubby/wife teams in our guild, please excuse my copy and paste below, as it is detailed, and hard to remember ALL the info if I don’t.

Here is who we are:
Average age in guild is 30 years old, we have many couples, husband and wife teams, college students, professionals, parents and mature members who know how to have a good time. We are by no means “straight laced”. We leave all the above mentioned worlds behind to have a great time with other mature players. Sounds so serious huh? NAH! My guild is on EU- Far Shiverpeaks but 70% of us are in America. We are a small guild of members or friends as I like to call them. We use teamspeak and it’s become our guild chat more than anything.
We know each others names, birthdays, where we live, jobs, and we talk to each other more than some of us talk to our parents (we also have a grandmother and a few couples). And most of the time we are like a family, I play the mother and the rest of them play the unruly kids.
We have friends who play other games but we all still talk to each other. We’re casual but like to run instances on a regular basis, but understand that RL can get in the way of this at times.
