Error seems to have fixed itself randomly.

Do you have the necessary influence to queue those upgrades? Their does seem to be quite a few bugs with guild upgrades at this time.

It’s not just the upgrades, I literally can’t do anything it says I can, I can’t even change the message of the day but I have all the powers as officer.

Oh, I’ve never came across that before to be honest. From what I can see there are a few other threads in “game bugs” also reporting the same problem. Sorry I couldn’t be much help.

Suddenly it is all working fine and dandy…well never mind then.
