Guild Wars 2

Just curious if there are any active mature guilds out there that plan events either later in the evening Eastern time, or have a good number of members in Mountain/Pacific time.

Don’t usually get to start playing until about 9:00-9:30 EST and would like a group to level and do dungeons and other group content, as well as learn all about WvW. I’m fairly easygoing, but relatively new to GW2. So a little patience would be in order to get up to speed. I’m not new to MMO’s in any sense, just this one.

I’m currently on Sanctum of Rall and ideally would like to avoid paying for a server transfer. But if that’s what’s needed in order to find people in my play time then I’ll do it.

I’m in EST and I usually don’t login til the same time as you, and I always have people on to run with. Here’s our “about us”:

Ecclesia is always welcoming new members of all professions and levels. We take pride in our relaxed, helpful, mature community, which includes a website and forums, as well as Teamspeak. We are a no-pressure guild, encouraging players to do what they like, at whatever pace they want. We all have lives outside of the game; some members login every night, others less often.

Ecclesia is also very stable, having been in existence for over 5 years. Some of our members have been there since the beginning, and some have joined the Guild within the past few days. You only need to visit our site to see how our roster is growing. That said, we aren’t a large(100+ member) group, and you certainly feel like, as a member, you matter; that you aren’t “lost in the crowd”.

We regularly run dungeons and fractals. Though we are a “smaller” guild, we do have Bounty Missions unlocked. We also have a dedicated WvW cooridinator for once or twice a week WvW nights which, of course, are optional.

We have members of all ages, but we have a minimum age requirement of 18.

We do have a policy against anything obscene, vulgar, or in generally poor taste. Though we like to joke around and, of course, have fun, we prefer to keep things family-friendly.

Personally, I’ve been with Ecclesia for over 2 years, and while there are many casual/relaxed/mature guilds out there, I’m sure there isn’t one that is a more welcoming and helpful community than ours, and it’d be great to add another like-minded person to the group!

Hello Lyfeenz!

We’ve got a Small/Medium sized guild on Darkhaven called Order of Shadows that is an 18+ guild mostly comprised of family and friends, making it a very tight knit community that thrives on helping each other out and enjoying the game together. We’d be more than happy to welcome you to our group as well!

We have just under 40 members with about 20 or so active regularly, if this sounds like something that would work for you. We are a mix of new and old players and our guild has grown a lot recently since we used to be more like 7 active players and 20 people total. We are more than happy to teach new players the ropes.

While we mostly focus on PvE, we do run events every week, everything from wvw, dungeons, fractals and once guild missions are in we’ll be scheduling those as well. We mostly run off of CST, however we have a large mix of time zones in the guild itself as well. We don’t expect attendance for anything since we all have lives outside the game which are way more important. We have a vent server that we use when we do events together, and even sometimes when we’re just playing.

As far as our server goes it’s fairly well populated in PvE and we’ve won the last few WvW matchups we’ve had as well. We’re also ranked within the top 15 WvW servers the last time I checked.

We are all working class people and/or university students and/or have families to take care of. We are friendly and will do what we can or when we can for others in the guild. We enjoy new people, thoughts and ideas. Each new person brings a special gift or unique quality to add to the guild. We are now at 112 members and officers in the guild and growing more and more each day. We are upgrading to Level 5 upgrades.

We are also looking for new officers in the guild, but we will have to talk. If you like to play other on-line games, we have guildies that may may be playing the games your playing also. Such as (League of legends, Steam games, World of Warcraft, Aion, Tera, Starcraft, Diablo 2, 3) and much more. So I figure we can be considered a gaming (community, guild, or group).

We are mostly EST but we also have PST players. Our EST players do stay up pretty late to play even later on weekends. We are on Sanctum of Rall server and we are very active and friendly semi-hard core guild that focus mostly on WvW and PvE.

We also have the required Trees/Ranks to unlock more Guild Missions.
