Seasoned mmo players, family oriented, loyal, looking for a guild.
No problem moving as our server, and guild chat, has turned into a ghost town. Typical experience, I suppose, for a lot of people lately.

I like to explore, so PVE is kinda more my thing, whereas Hubby likes to WvW.
I’ve been perusing the net, looking for a new home, on guild-recruitment boards for the last week. I’ve only seen one guild that really struck my fancy; they were funny, didn’t take themselves too seriously, but were smart and got things done in WvW. If they had had a stronger PVE leaning, I would have applied in a minute.

You’re a well-kept secret on a great server. Your population has been consistent despite the server hops, and the truth is, no one is going anywhere soon. Your members are numerous enough so that you don’t need to recruit, but you’re always on the look out for decent members. Maybe you consider yourselves somewhere between semi-casual and semi-hardcore.

As a guild, you like PvP and PVE, and represent both well. You have a nice balance of both dedicated WvW’ers, and folks who are interested in exploring the new Shores content. You have a couple of really special and gifted organizers, active officers, and you pride yourselves on having members and leaders with integrity.

Mostly, as a guild, you’re fun-loving! You’re mature and serious when the poop hits the fan, but you also recognize that no one should ever put a ‘game’ before Real Life!!! You find it more amusing when someone screws up, than tragic.

You have some BRILLIANT people in your guild. And at least one on your voice server that makes you groan, but you love him anyway, because that’s how you roll. You have a great website, and a minimum of 10 people on at any given time. (My ideal guild doesn’t have to be 5000 member’s strong, but honestly, the more the merrier, the more diverse, the better).
Hubby and I usually belong to stronger, smaller guilds. I’m just not too sure that works in GW2. If you’re a mid-size guild, on a server with a great alliance, that fine too.

Your members are well respected in the community. You expect people that wear your guild tag to take pride in that, and act accordingly. However, you’re not above pranks and look for ways to keep things interesting!!!

Simply-We want to be a good fit for you, as well as you being a good fit for us.

It seems that there are a lot of guilds out there that have what we consider to be ludicrous requirements for membership.

“Moonies” are not required to spend any “set” amount of time in game. Log in when you feel like it. Once in, spend your time doing what is fun for you. If you like dungeons and pvp, enjoy! If those things are not your cup of tea, by all means, don’t do them! Keep your money! We will not “tax” you or ask you to contribute real life or game cash for anything. Ever. Group and participate in guild chat if/when you feel like it. Quietly do your thing solo if that’s what you enjoy.
WE DO ASK MEMBERS TO REPRESENT US 90% of the TIME.
This promotes community, and guild loyalty is rewarded.

I sent you a mail in game about Rethesis on Darkhaven. I would be happy to talk to you and tell you more about us. For now, here’s a little info.

We’re a 400+ member guild with a pretty wide age span. College students, moms, dads, husbands/wives, extended family, we have it all.

We use a 100 slot ventrilo for voice chat, webiste/forums, YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/rethesis and fun guild events too! (name this tune on vent was hilarious!)

So there’s the basics.. here’s who we are as a guild…
A big group of pretty easy going people with a very well known presence in WvW. Our Guild Leader Ethersin is a top Commander. Our vent is public for anyone that is in WvW with us. We do our best to work with other Commanders and guilds. We do have a couple friendly rivalries going as well We have to have that goofy fun too!

One of our other Commanders is known for coordinating 1v1 or “Fight Club” in WvW with opposing servers! Poor guy goes on a suicide run to make contact with them! We’ve had a lot of fun on the WvW maps doing that with other servers.

When it comes down to it, we are serious and want to get things done, but we can laugh at ourselves too. We’ve done some pretty funny stuff in WvW and other areas of the game.

We even have a couple of those special someones that can drive us crazy on vent, but we love them anyway, lol.

Even though one of our main focuses is WvW, we also are busy running dungeons, exploring, mapping, farming, helping each other, crafting and having fun while doing it. We share our knowledge with each other and have some truly BRILLIANT people!

I can honestly say after being in a few different guilds, both big and small, Rethesis is a fantastic guild and I am proud to have the RE tag. Even some of the people that I have invited recently have even said.. “I’m proud to have the RE tag.”

DOED is recruiting on Ehmry Bay we are a small to medium size guild started with a group of friends from other games but originally started in GW1 we would like to make our guild grow more we do it all from Clearing Maps to WvW Jumping Puzzles all while being on Mumbles if you want more info check us out at. Haha, I think every guild has one of those.

While Northern Kings doesn’t fit every point of your description, but it is something that I am working on. If your looking for a small tight knit group of people to play with in World vs World, who communicates with a great alliance on the server, then look no farther.

Our PvE team at the moment is a little weak, as we lost people to Pandas, but I am constantly on the lookout for more people. The guild is primary North American, so the mornings and afternoons can be quiet, but at night we consistently have at least 10-20 people on, usually more on the weekends. We use mumble for voice communications.

Jaded[Jade] on Darkhaven is recruiting active, friendly, and mature members and there is no application process. We are a family-style guild looking to form long-term friendships through PvE and PvP. We Value good people who like to get on after a long day and chat, play, and have fun with other members. We even accept the hardcore, no lifers too but we prefer good, respectful people who just want to have a good time.

Zealot Gaming wants YOU

We are a PvX oriented Guild and are part of an established and structured Gaming Community, and we are looking for active, friendly players. We’ve just started our upgrades and currently working toward a Guild Stash. Every Sunday we have our ‘official’ WvW event and we group up for dungeon runs almost daily.

Hope I am not too late, but I would like to toss a bit of info about Disarray your way.

We are a PvX guild located on the Anvil Rock Server, with about 60 – 70 players. We now have two nights a week that we focus mainly on WvW (which aren’t required, but normally have a few groups running), as well as a few nights a week that you can easily find people wanting to dungeon. We are all located between the US and Canada, and can be found online at all times throughout the day, with many members logging on during peak time.

If it helps, we just recently were able to fund a player to get a commander title (while he did most of the funding himself), to make grouping as a guild a bit easier in WvW.

As people we are all pretty laid back, not very hardcore, but fun loving individuals. We have a few Husband/Wife combos, BF/GF combos and a few brothers playing within the guild.
