This isn’t the typical “we offer this and we have this” etc…Icon is a guild on the server ring of fire based solely around world versus world. At the minute, ring of fire is 19th and after reset will be 20th. I think we’ve had 4 losing weeks now, the majority of which havent even been close. TIA alliance, the biggest alliance on the server is becomming smaller by the minute as guilds start to lose faith and move to different servers instead of staying, addressing the issues and working to bring us back in the game.
Through thick and thin ICON ( a 4 week old guild with 50 members, 2 commanders and close to full upgrades) has stuck with it, with at least 1commander on from the hours of 1pm-5am GMT. We’re solely dedicated to bringing ROF’s ranking into the single digit tiers by organisation, dedication, teamwork and administration. Despite being a young fast growing guild we are already noticed by a lot of people and offer a friendly enviroment on teamspeak whilst being incredibly organised.
You MUST have teamspeak and you have to have level 80 and a working mic to be promoted to elite squad. We offer training sessions after the guild and officer meeting at 10:30 on a friday in the form of mesmer portal chaining (our record is 6 portals made in synergy), spvp combat, and small guild zerg co-ordination.
Games like WoW are based around wvw, gw2 is based around pvp, period. You join icon because you are here for WvW. If you have low attendance or activity monitored by our attendance officers, you will be kicked. If you do not represent, again, you will be kicked.
