Guild Wars 2

My wife and I are currently in search of a good guild that will fit our play style, and we would like to stay on our current server (Yak’s Bend) if possible, but we’re open to transferring for the right guild.

A bit about me and what I’m looking for, I reside on the West Coast so I’m looking for a guild that has activity during PST prime time. I have a family and a full-time job so I don’t play but a few times a week for a few hours at a time, I occasionally play a little more on weekends. I like the PvE in this game and I would like to get into the WvW at some point as well.

Also, I was in a guild recently that I thought was a good fit but they required forum activity that I just didn’t have time for with my busy work schedule. I have no issues with using a guild forum, they’re very useful tools. I just don’t have time to post on them all the time when my work schedule becomes more active.

My wife is a stay at home mom, and she has a bit more time in the afternoon’s and evenings for play.

We are both looking for a smaller community to join, neither of us enjoy the typical big box guilds. If you feel that both my wife and I might be a good fit post here or hit me up in-game.

After reading your post it seems that we would love for you guys to join our Guild! (FOOD – Friends of Obese Dolyaks). We’re a small guild which is improving, and each member having lots of experience in the Guild Wars 2 environment we can help with whatever problems you may have!

We understand that people do have work/college/school and we’re not going to enforce you to play or feel that you have another work schedule on top of you’re current one. We’re quite a mature age group with a range of personalities and with the same goal, to make the best guild ever!

We invite you to visit our guild and talk with us either in game or on vent. . What would it hurt? The majority of our guild is 21 and older, but we also have down to 18 of age. We are all working class and/or university students and/or have families to take care of. We are mainly American and Canadian time zones, but have a few Euros from England, Finland and other areas that came with us from Guild Wars(so International guild). We log on to have fun and relax, so I am guessing you would consider us a casual guild. We have people may do one or a mixture of all; Pve, Pvp, dungeons, and Wvw. We don’t want to make the game a job, because that not what games are for. We are slowly rebuilding the guild at this time. We are looking for people, willing to help us grow. We are friendly and will do what we can or when we can for others in the guild. We enjoy new people, thoughts and ideas. Each new person brings a special gift or unique quality to add to the guild.
