Guild Wars 2

I am the guild leader, of my guild ‘Buttery Biscuit Beasts’ and I by accidently made a person in the guild my rank, he is not be reasonable and decided not back down… So because he is the highest rank, I am unable to remove him from the guild or lower his rank. Is there anything I can do about removing him from the guild or lowering his rank?

Not via in-game features, no. I’m not sure if tech support is able to help out with something like this, maybe someone else on here can back me up here? I believe with the help of your other guildies you can accomplish this through support? Educated guess
