[JUDGE] are a long standing guild that started several years ago in World of Warcraft, migrating through the likes of Aion, Rift, The TORtanic and even a little LoL, Startcraft etc thrown in for good measure. We’ve know each other for a very long time. Too long in some cases. Seriously, there’s only so long you can tolerate Osicat.

We’ve been in Guild Wars 2 from the start. We’re a small, tight-knit group of players who enjoy a more thoughtful, guerilla style of play. We regularly field small hit-squads in the WvW Borderlands with the objective to disrupt enemy supply lines, control camps, launch quick assaults on towers and track the enemy Zerg movement. We’re not part of the zerg, and we regularly look for new and unusual ways to play.

We were one of the first guild’s to field a Siege Golem army. We make claims to structures that aren’t even claimable; three days ago we held a 30 man zerg at the northern camp by fortifying a… Vista. Yes, a Vista. While the Zerg is with us, they’re not taking our objectives, pushing back Desolation’s assault or nuking our control points. You’ll often find us far north, even when we hold very little, taking camps, throttling supply and generally trolling the enemy.

Five people can make a huge difference in WvW.
We currently have ten.
We’d like fifteen.

We’re not looking to grow huge. We don’t want to be IRON, RUIN or LION. We are Judge, what we do we do very well. We’d just like to grow a little more to give us a little flexibility in our adventures.

So, if you’re looking for a small, PvP focused guild with an unusual, exciting play-style, where you’ll be known by all and not just one of the members, give us a shout.

Our expectations of you are simple; come alone, get involved, TALK and bring ideas. We typically dedicate Friday nights to WvW, but we’re in every night. Fridays are special. It’s the night we’ll set ourselves a big, often overly ambitious objective and make it happen.

I just have to say having joined Judge about a year and a half ago for SW:TOR ive never been in a guild that is so tight, your welcomed in with open arms. You’ll somehow be given a nickname on ts within days of you joining this seems to be your right of passage

Like Parthis said we are a small group but we do make a difference (im pretty sure the Zerg/larger guilds feel when we are on the field) Although we take Wv3 serious the amount of giggles we get on TS is out of this world the banter only stops for direction, the best thing I love about Judge is the fact even though we have one person lead the groups, everyone has a voice if you have a plan no matter how insane it is it will be considered and most likely executed once thought out This also carries on to guild life too you have a problem or idea on helping the guild your always listened too.

All in all I personally love the guild but I would love to see you join the guild that little bit more :P

I would like to say it is awesome to hear other players mentioning styles of play such as disruption, hit and run tactics, defending vistas for no specific in game goal. This is what my friends and I love to do.

We are the type of players that measure PvP success in how much we annoyed the other team. We aim to frustrate the enemy into making mistakes. We are by far not the fastest or “best” geared players in most games we play. We are more likely to brag about something like “dude, those guys are pissed…they chased me around the map for 10 minutes” We feel if we have 2-3 people chasing one of us, abandoning whatever objective they were defending or about to assault then we have done our part.

We love talking about strats and sometimes start huge email chains just throwing ideas back and forth. We aim for mobility, evasion and stealth. We like scouting and relaying info to whoever is listening.

I shelved my Warrior for a Mesmer just because of the portal ability. The amount of possibilities and game changing effects it can have really drew me to the point where I was spamming my friends with ideas on how to abuse it. It even crept into real life and I started walking around my appartment thinking, kitten I could confuse the hell out of my cat with this spell. Full blown obsession hit me when I started telling my wife about all these cool mesmer abilities. She said “thats nice, how come your mesmer isn’t wearing any clothes”

Anyhow, slightly off topic.

All that to say, a couple of friends looking for a guild to join, with similar ideas and JUDGE sounds like it could be a good fit. Currently we are on IoJ but feel no server loyalty and willing to xfer to hang out with some PvPers!

We re in a kinda good situation atm with players, as we also is a community guild and the social aspec is as important as pure game skill we dont overrecrute and try to take in trials a few at a time to better know eachother.

Still will discuss with the other officers and come back to you. Can you pm me or Parthis what numbers you are, classes etc and we better know.

Side note, happy you like smal group roaming etc Bets way to do the game imao. As you play a mesmer I would like to recomend my mesmer guild:

Thanks for your post man, provided me with plenty of lols.

Could you give me a whisper in-game some time for a chat. We, as a guild, are in a good place right now. We’re weary of bringing in groups of new players. We’ve tried it twice now (once in TOR, once in GW2) and it just hasn’t worked well for us; groups bring their own clique which can be hard to get gelling well with another group.

So, our concerns would be how well you guys, as a group fit in with our existing player base. Would appreciate a chat, so i’ll try and catch you in-game some time.

I just dinged 60 and I am starting to see more of the intricacies with Mesmer. I did notice early on that the 5point talent in illusions is a must have. Can’t wait till 80.

I just realized that Desolation is a EU server. My friends and I are in Montreal which is EST time zone. I imagine you guys wont be on at the same time as us, very often. I should’ve checked the server out before I posted :/
