Message from the Founder

Have you ever wanted to be a part of the gaming community that not only owns face but does it alongside friends? Have you ever wanted to be a part of something bigger than just a “Clan” or a “Guild”? If so, VexX could be just what you are looking for…a multi-gaming community with the goal of increasing our gaming skill while having fun with friends.

Mission Statement

Our goal is and always will be the focus of PvP and player progression. We strive to be one of the best and to remain at the top of the food chain in a fun and professional manner. In addition, we aim to always have a great time with people that do not care about the unwritten rules of the community. We believe in maintaining an environment that focuses on combining player excellence with a solid community. We do not settle for being average.

About Us

VexX Gaming is a gaming community that works to find like-minded players to build team of professional-level gamers. We currently have a number of divisions within our MMO branch (such as GW2 and WoW), our FPS branch (such as Firefall and Planetside 2) and our RTS branch (such as Smite and League of Legends). Currently we have a strong member base in each of these divisions.

In addition, we are currently running Competitive teams for Guild Wars 2, Firefall, Smite and League of Legends and we are always looking for “Fresh Blood” to help fill the ranks!

Structure

Our structure is pretty simple and direct, but here is a run down or the ranks.

CEO
Head and founder of VexX Gaming. He is the overall leader and has the final say in any clan related matter. He is also responsible for the focus and direction that each Division Leader takes for the game they are currently in.

Executive Officer
Helps maintain overall balance and keeps things up to date both in game and on the forums. More directly focused on game events and progression in both our MMO and FPS divisions.

MMO Director
Has direct control of operations in all MMO games VexX takes part in, making sure that all Division Leaders have all the tools to maintain a successful environment. Also responsible for helping with recruitment and overall progression.

FPS Director
Has direct control of operations in all FPS games VexX takes part in, making sure that all division leaders have all the tools to maintain a successful environment. Also responsible for helping with recruitment and overall progression.

Division Leader
Divisions Leaders are responsible for the overall command of their game. They ensure that the path is clear, and the tools are available, for any member under their leadership. They set up in-game events and keep a record (if required) of the progression of players to ensure that everyone is keeping up and on target.

Community Member
This is a full member of VexX who has proven themselves to be of value and to be a good fit with our community. They have the full right to join any game we play and are allowed to vote on new applications.

Division Member
Division Members are players who choose not to be a part of the overarching community, but play with VexX as members within a single game. They do not have any voting rights, and have more restricted access to forums. Typically division membership is the starting place for any new recruit with the option to apply to the community at any time.

Recruit
This is a player who is in the process of becoming a community member. Such a player member must prove to the current members that he/she will bring pride to the VexX name.

The Process

1. Head to http://www.vexxgaming.com and register an account.

2. Apply. There are instructions in the application forum for you to follow. Please make sure you follow them, and please spend some time on the application itself!

3. Keep up your application. You will be expected to participate with other VexX members in-game. In addition, you are expected to maintain a presence on TS3 and on the VexX forums.

4. Final decision. Based on the feedback from the current VexX members, the VexX leadership will make a final decision regarding your application.

Just want to throw it out there that I recently joined this guild and they are awesome. There are a lot of talented gamers vying for top-dog in PVP, WvWvW, and E-Sports. There are also gamers there like me who cannot commit a lot of time to the game but enjoy playing with a passionate group of people. The folks that I hang out with are laid back, open minded, with great humour to balance out all that raw talent. Any time I log in, there’s always someone there to play with or chat with.

Hey guys this is Yezhik, the Guardian player for VexX’s e-sports.

Come check us out! We are beginning to be very active in WvWvW and tPvP. Got lots of 80s, friendly members, and everyone is always down for something.
We are also part of the Jade Alliance, this allows us to have a lot more people with us, and grants us a chance at capping bigger points such as towers and keeps.

tPvP help, skill build help, is always provided if asked. Our e-sports members will gladly share and walk you through for you to be a great PvPer and represent VexX proudly.
We also got plenty of guides, and class discussions, for you to reference to, if you are ever stuck on something.

Dungeon runs, Dragon timers, map completion is always sought after, and you can grab a few people from guild chat/ teamspeak with no problems.

We’re still actively recruiting for our competitive team within Guild Wars 2, so check us out and show us what you’re made of.

All classes are currently open for recruitment (even if you’re a dirty Mesmer) but we do prefer those who have experience with 2 or more classes in the game for adaptability.

We’ve been having a great time in the past few days organizing jumping puzzles and dungeon events as mentioned above.

There will be more to come. We’ve just put together a very large TS3 server to replace our old one, so you can expect some great things in the near future.

I’m a pretty new member to the guild, but I’ve been having a great time here. The guys and gals in VexX are friendly and helpful. We’ve been very active in WvW lately running with a dozen or more people taking objectives and having a blast. We also have started doing nightly events like dungeon running, jumping puzzles and WvW outings. We also have some very talented PvP players.

If you’re looking for a place to just enjoy the game or a place for serious tournament PvP this guild has it all.

We are still recruiting for e-sports, gw2 competitive team.

We have a few very solid players, and looking to get even better players.

Our “A” team(main team) will always be in competition for the best players, so come and show us that you’re better than our current members!

Keg Brawl!!! Fairbarren is hosting a Keg Brawl night October 16th bring a date and a friend.

Hey we are still recruiting for our Competitive PvP team.

We got 8 members on the team, and are looking for more.
Flexible times, multiple teams, and shared knowledge.
Plus the chance to participate in actual tournaments, and to get sponsored!

Crazy me sent me over here to post. I’ve already applied to the GW2 division and the Vexx community over on the team forums.

Looking to join up and play WvW, sPvP and PvE with everyone. Right now I’m mostly PvE as I need desperately to upgrade my PC, which will hopefully happen within the week. After that I’d love to get in on as much WvW and sPvP as possible.

Currently I am a ~55 level Necro w/ running a condition build but I’ve also experimented a little with a hybrid build, 30/30/0/10/0 that uses Scepter/Dagger and Axe/Focus and centers around stacking conditions, bursting with wells and axe and building up life force to be able to constantly hop in and out of death shroud w/ high life force for more damage.

I’ve played with a number of the team, Aminarra initially who suggested the guild, Leapfrog, Peebo, Star, Crazy, Sloth, etc. and had a great time doing so.

I’m proud to announce that VexX has signed up to Extra Life and will be doing a gaming marathon for charity tomorrow.

We will be streaming live gamign events all Saturday long, you can catch the streams on our twitch.tv channel. You can be a real hero and donate to local children’s hospitals by checking out our charity page here and donating. Every little bit helps.

It’s also great to see we’ve already hit $180.00 before the event has launched. Thanks for all your support!

Ton of events planned for this week. We have the Halloween event going on which will keep most of us busy. As well, we’re doing another 50/50 draw with some steam games thrown in as well. WvW this Thursday and at some point this weekend or next we’ll be doing Crazy’s GW2 Drinking game.

The weekend is upon us. I’ll be trying to stream our dungeon runs as much as possible on our twitch channel, I really want my HotW cleric set for my Guardian.

We all had a great time during the Halloween event but it’s time to move on.
Tomorrow night we’re organizing groups to finish up story mode dungeons and Saturday is slotted for some heavy WvW.

Tonight is SM Dungeon night. We should have about 3-4 groups going full time tonight so get in-game and on TS to finish up whatever dungeons you need.
I’ll also be streaming tonight so if you can’t get in game but want to join in on the fun feel free to watch the shenanigans.

Last night was such a great success we’ve decided to continue the event into this evening. Another chance to finish up SM dungeons on your alts! And like we did last night, we may continue on to do some explorable modes as well.

Another wonderful week planned for our GW2 division. We’re all excited for the big patch release coming in the following weeks. We are hoping to increase our presence in WvW as our members are properly geared. As well, our nightly dungeon runs are in full effect and we’ll try and schedule a Jumping Puzzle Extravaganza and Lowby Leveling night.

More events planned for this next week. Spvp tutorial with the VexX esport team tonight, tomorrow is Dungeon Run Night, stock up on your gin, and we finish off the weekend with some WvW lead by our fearless Fairbarren.

The new content has been great so far. It’s nice to see a few groups running Fractals ever night and I know we have a few members in the 20+ level, great job.
We’ve also increased our presence in WvW, probably my favorite aspect of the game.
And finally, happy Thanksgiving to all of our American members!

Hi all ! GW2 is awesome!!!! I joined VexX a while ago after looking at a lot of guilds. It’s full of fun people who are silly but also great at the game. Come play with me sometime?!

It’s great to see how strong the VexX membership is. Also, hats off to the competitive team as the ‘A’ roster has been able to make a serious mark with the paid tourneys and now it looks as if we have a very serious and competitive ‘B’ team coming together.

Wintersday events have been dominating our gameplay these last few days but we still take time to run dungeons and fractals daily. I’m glad to have been part of the group which finished all 3 AC paths in an hour (no skipping mobs)!

Also, Thursday is our organized WvW night and that won’t change regardless of the winter events.

Had a great night in WvWvW yesterday before breaking off to do some PvE with other guildies. In between all of this, I also got 2 dungeon runs in — without needing a PUG!
