The Knights of Ares [ARES] on Dragonbrand is now recruiting.

If you are new to Guild Wars or a seasoned Veteran, we have a spot for you.

We are a casual North American guild, that is filled with skilled players, and we are looking to expand. We are building a community not just a guild. A place built upon mutual respect where people can come to learn, help others, complete their goals, make new friends or just hang out. We are mainly a PvE guild, but we have started raiding WvW weekly as well. As we grow we will be venturing into PvP, as well as increasing our presence in WvW.

We do daily Dungeon runs, as well as high level & low level FoTM runs, to help our 170 members with their progression or daily’s. All of our leaders and officers are Dungeon Masters, so we know all the paths and can take people through dungeons effectively and efficiently. But we are also willing to help new members learn about dungeons and dungeon tactics, as well as helping them to acquire the gear they want/need. We have weekly Bounty Hunts, Guild Treks, Guild Rushs, WvW raids, as well as other in game events, and those will be increased as we expand and unlock more upgrades.

We provide our members with Experienced Leadership, Magic Find Bonuses, Experience Bonuses, a Voice Chat Server, a Website for scheduling, as well as a Private Forum to post on if they need advice or have any requests.

We are an experienced team of North American, European & Australian members. But most of our player base is North American and we are busiest during prime time in the evenings and on the weekends.

We prefer that our members are on the Dragonbrand server, but we will accept anyone wanting a great dungeon experience or who wants to make new friends while learning about this great game. As the guild expands we will also be looking for additional Officers/Leaders who enjoy scheduling and running events, as well as teaching new members.

We require 100% representation. Mumble (voice chat) is not required but it is recommended. Our only other rule is to treat fellow members with respect regardless of their rank.

Hello. I am a returning player. I stopped playing a few months ago because I was utterly confused and lost about travelling between maps and got killed a lot lol. My main is a Lv. 3X Necro but I’m considering deleting and restarting over. Can the guild help me in fast levelling?

i am currently looking for a dungeon / fractal focused guild. i am currently on whiteside ridge server, european, but i work nightshifts / evnings and i think an american based guild would be fine for me.
if possibly i want to stay on this server but if a get accepted i will 100% representing your guild. My best fractal toon is elementalist, fractal lvl 19 and have 25AR
i also have a engineer with 15AR, fractal lvl 17
i am age 25+, do not have mumble atm but will have no problem getting it

Hey Snygg,

Unfortunately you are on a European server. While you could join us for chat and to socialize you would be unable to run the same instances as us. Which would kind of ruin the point of joining.

If you are able to relocate though to a North American server, it would make things easier, and we would love to have you. Let me know what you think.

Hello. I’m a level 80 Warrior Player. I’m looking for a guild for a while, since my old guild as ended. I found it interesting that it is on Dragonbrand. Although, I’m thinking to make another character( a Guardian). I’ve some experience on PvE, but almost NO experience on PvP/WvW. I would like to have some advices, if I join this guild, some friends of mine told me that this guild is a good one.

We have no activity requirements. Our only rules are that you represent the guild while online and that you should try to attend any events if your online. And you must treat other members with respect. We currently have around 150 members. Let me know if you wish to join.

Just bought this game, and will be entering as soon as possible(unsure about how long it will take to download). Been looking at the forums and guilds and thought this guild would be the best possible place for me. Unsure what I will make and my name, but I will try to get a hold of someone asap. Have a ton of MMO gaming experience from EQ to WoW/Aion/Tera..

Is there anything that you guys need more than others?? I’m on the fence with a couple of characters.. Thinking about going Warrior so far.

Nope we make do with whatever class you want man. Warriors and Guardians are in high demand though, for some of the endgame Dungeons.

Server is full, is there a way to que for it?
