In our guild, Dynasty Warriors, we have an up and coming sPvP team and more and more members are becoming interested in it, and joining our weekly event. On the side of the weekly event we have several members that does at least the daily in sPvP and more.
We foster an open door policy on all aspects of the game, which means that we do not want our members to focus too much on when we have planned events, they are just a crutch to find the “community” of people who are itnerested in that within our already existing community.

We have about 40 active members during primetime (before the holidays), and are international, so we have people online all hours of the day.
