Guild Wars 2

Hello – I played this game at launch but had to stop soon thereafter. Not long after that, WoW called back to me. After getting sick of hardcore raiding for the last time, I finally uninstalled WoW and have no intention of going back.

I used to be a hardcore raider and an above-average PvPer (I was good but not amazing, always played to objectives, no fighting on roads, etc).

I’m looking to be a bit more casual and am looking for a good-sized guild to join up with in order to learn all over again, basically. I like doing dungeons, I like doing WvW and almost everything else. I’m not big on the fluff stuff (jumping puzzles), but it’s a nice distraction occasionally.

If your guild is made up of adults who are skilled players and have room for me, I’d appreciate it. I’m a good future investment once I get back into the swing of things, since I’d basically be starting from scratch. My highest toon is only 25 and I have no problem with starting over and leveling a new character if you need a certain class (assuming it’s a class I’d enjoy playing).

After reading your post, I think you would fit in quite well here, as we have many members who are new to the game, or starting over new characters from scratch. One thing, we are not on Blackgate sever, and normally it would cost money to transfer to another server. However, since you mentioned you would not mind starting over, I wanted to point out that if you delete your characters on BG, you can move to another server free of charge. We are a semi-casual PVX, EST, NA Guild of approx. 140+ players on Tarnished Coast server, currently T2 in WvW. On a normal night during primetime, we have approx. 40+ guild members on. • Members MUST have a microphone and use Mumble voice chat in Guild Groups
• Members agree to log on to the guild website at least once a week. Members who do not log on after one month will be removed from Guild.
• Members must treat one another with respect and dignity, and remember that when dealing with other guild members, real life takes precedence over game time.
• Members will refrain from making racist or sexist remarks on Mumbe, or in guild chat, and keep in mind that not everyone has the same sense of humor.
