Let me start off by explaining my situation before I get into what I’m looking for. I’m currently on JQ server while my girlfriend is on Kaineng. She quit the game shortly after release and I had switched to JQ server to play with more active WvW players. (At the time Kaineng had next to 0 WvW participants.) I then stopped playing as well a while after that. We’ve both started playing again and I guest on her server as we level our new characters. I was going to transfer servers but figured since she’d never do WvW I’d ask around on forums to see if there was any guilds on either server that possibly wanted someone like me.

What I’m looking for is really any guild that does a lot of organized WvW but it doesn’t have to be WvW exclusively as I enjoy all content. I only have one moderately geared lvl80 Thief now and I’m working on leveling a Ranger which I plan to main. I love small dedicated groups even more than large chaotic zergs so even if it’s a small guild looking for a few extra members for coordinated play that’s nothing to be worried about if you’re interested in talking to me. I’m not godly experienced or knowledgeable anymore as a lot has changed since I last played but I do have a brain and I like to use it. Feel free to message me on forums about anything. About us:

• We’re an NA, 18+, WvW guild. We work in really coordinated group play, with group sizes usually between 8-15 players. We’ll do everything from ninjaing keeps/roaming/flanking huge zergs, wherever the good fights are at.

• We have a lot of experienced players, and we should be able to help you out since you feel like a lot has changed since you last played. We really don’t require anyone to be an WvW expert to join, just be willing to work together!

• Regarding other contents, we do our Guild Bounty/Trek/Rush weekly, and we also have some players that like to try out SPvP, and occasional dungeon runs , but be prepared for a few laughs (read wipes)

For Kaineng, you should join [RE] Rethesis we would welcome both you and your girlfriend. We are a PvX guild with 350 active, friendly members.

We do daily wvw and we are currently one of the biggest (if not the biggest) wvw guild on Kaineng.
We have all the guild missions (bounty, rush, trek, challenge, puzzle) every week

We have guildies running all dungeons everyday.

Fun events: we have guild games with prizes like celestial dye, guild temple run, guild mini-dungeons runs, and Karaoke Thursdays!

We use teamspeak and I play music on TS all the time

I’m assuming Rethesis [RE] got the mention due to their size and they do a lot in WvW for Kaineng because of it. We (Marked Souls [MkS]) probably got mentioned because all we run in WvW is small (5-15 man) coordinated groups. We’re a smaller guild but we make up for it in WvW with build and team coordination. If you played GW1 and did any GvG/HA, you’ll be used to the team build discussions, target calling/switching, etc.

If you plan on staying on Jade Quarry and transferring your girlfriend, Tribe[TRB] is an established PVX gaming community, that is currently recruiting additional players. We have an activity (PvP, WvW, PvE or Guild Missions) scheduled every evening (8-9 CST) and typically have 10-20 players on around those times!

Granted, I speak for [MkS] but…either our good friends at Rethesis [RE] or us would be a good match.

We work close with [RE] anyways on our Alliance TeamSpeak, so you wouldn’t be missing much anyway.

[MkS] and [RE] are great guilds and I would recommend them as well, but I’d also like to throw our name into the hat as well. We are a smaller guild that do PvX and run WvW Havoc in 5-15 man groups as well.

I think we may be a good spot for both of you because we have members that participate in all areas of the game with dedicated groups doing WvW each night. We are an older diverse group (25+, males and females, etc)
