Guild Wars 2

I play nightly between 11 pm-4 am eastern US time. Currently I play a Necromancer (67) and Elementalist (low level).

What I’m Looking For:

• A group of adults, 21+.
• PvX, I enjoy all aspects of the game.
• People playing when I am. I play at odd hours for where I live which makes it harder to find active guilds. I don’t care where people are (country, region, etc.) so long as English is spoken and written fluently (because that’s what I speak).
• I’m looking for people that will be around a year from now.
• I’m looking for a group of people with a sense of humor that aren’t easily offended, can tell or take a joke and generally log on to have a good time and blow off some steam.
• Voice communication (TS, Vent, Mumble)

What I’m not looking for:

• Bigotry, racism, sexism, hate speech. If you use words that convey hate, move along. I’m not easily offended, I cuss like a sailor, but I don’t tolerate the disrespect that goes along with any of these topics. I think it’s sad that I even have to mention this, but it’s all too common.
• Spam invite guilds. I’m not interested in being 1 name on a list of hundreds. I’d like a more tight-knit community.
• Drama.

Hi Oxe, Whispers of Acoma is a friendly, active and mature guild. Primarily 18+ we focus on helping each other to get through the game casually and with least stress. We get things done but are not a “hard-core” guild, we have members from a few different time zones so there is bound to be someone online at your time. If you’re looking for a late night Eastern Time zone guild, I’m part of a smaller well established guild that’s focused on mature(ages 21+) casual players. We’re mostly working professionals or senior college/university students that play during our off hours as we all have other responsibilities to handle.

There’s at least a few of people that are on between 11-4am during so you won’t be completely alone. We do have Team Speak and everyone does speak english. No idea what server you’re on but we’re mostly on Stormbluff Isle.

I think this is the guild you’re looking for. We have a large group of members across various time zones, and there’s always something going on, especially at night. And we are an 18+ guild…yes, we like to joke around and have a good time, but there’s a point where you can take things too far into the gutter. Hate speech, racism and bigotry is NOT acceptable.

We’re also a gaming community, and not just a GW2 thing, so there’s more here than just some guys and gals to play one game with.

Fantastic post,

I formed Lil Ones [LO] on Ferguson’s Crossing based on similar ideals. We’re a group of seasoned MMO players, adults, some now with children, that wanted a solid respectful and cooperative group to adventure with and that didn’t want the same unpleasant things you listed.

As for our time zone … We have some members that are EST, I’m CST but tend to play in the early morning hours despite having to live on coffee come morning.

Our membership is growing and we’ve recently picked up some higher level players, but our largest group is present in the high 30’s … I do hope this isn’t a deterant, We’ll catch up and my hope, and personal plan, is that we’ll be here a year from now as well I’d like to find a group to grow with as much as play the game.

Our group is so far all in their 30’s … So I think you’ll find a good group of adults, that do have a sense of humor, but can avoid most of the BS we’ve all experienced in past MMO/guilds.

<One Bad Idea> Sorrow’s Frunace NA PvX increasing its ranks. We are a 100+ member guild and growing with experience on other MMOs. Some Gladiators and end-game raiders want you to join our ranks.

Creators of eXtreme Nightmares is a large multi-gaming clan that is currently setting up a Guild Wars 2 department. We have a Steam group with over 50.000 members following us every day. Our goal is to set a name in this Guild Wars community as well.

We are currently looking for people to strengthen our team for Guild Wars 2. If you are looking for a small group (the Guild should have a member base of 50 to 75 members in the end) of players that want to have fun in every aspect of the game, then you are in the right topic. We want to do raids, dungeons, PvP, WvW and achieve to have our map complete. None of this will be on hardcore base, but on a very social and friendly base. Play the game when you have time, real life is also important. Of course you have to stay active within the Guild/Clan, but we do not ask from you to stay online 24/7.

- Be active.
- Be mature!
- 18+ would be preferred, although you could join when you are younger, but act older.
- Check out the website/forum every once and a while.
- Be able to use TS3 with a working microphone.
- Be able to speak decent English.
