Ooh, a fractal runner and a dungeon runner! How exciting to hear!
My guild, VZ, is a medium-sized PvX guild on the Stormbluff Isle server, and no you wouldn’t be forced to transfer. You could run with us, and then transfer down the road at your discretion. If you really want to stay in Maguuma, that’s cool too; we’d be more than happy to have you cross-server anyway. We run dungeons nightly, have dungeon days on Saturdays, run fractals when we can (I and many others in the guild are at 40+), do guild missions, and the whole nine yards. Also, your time frame isn’t an issue; I work 40-50 hours weekly too, and am more active on weekends much the same. Actually, a lot of players in the guild are like that, and there’s nothing wrong with it. We schedule events on weekends or later in the evening on weekdays.
