Guild Wars 2

Currently playing on Fissure of Woe server.
The population is low to say the least. Though that wouldn’t bother me too much in general. Another issue is that the community is pretty horrid. Every single time I play WvW, the chat is full of players complaining and spreading blame around about why the server is performing poorly in WvW.

Fewer and fewer people are actually being constructive. Sure enough, our Commander means well and puts their best foot forward but it isn’t enough when the community is just not behind it.

This is why I’m looking for a new server, with a brighter community and possibly a guild to accomodate me.

I’m not the best player, don’t have a character over lvl 26. But I try to be active an hour or two a day and WvW is the most enjoyable part of the game for me. So if anyone is interested in picking up a stray, let me know.

I’m Belgian, Flemish part. Speak fluent English and Dutch. Either is fine with me.

A little history
Apex is a multi-gaming clan which has been together since 2002 playing games such as Legend of Mir 2 and Ultima Online. Our name began to spread amongst the MMO world during the Legend of Mir 3 years where Apex dominated. Since then Apex has flocked to dozens of MMOs and other online games such as Aion, WoW, League of Legends, DOTA 2, RF Online, Guild Wars, World of Tanks, Eve Online, Diablo III, Starcraft II, and many others.

Our intentions
Apex arrive into Guild Wars 2 not to just play and have fun (which is our main priority) but to also make a status for ourselves on the server in both PvE and PvP. We have dedicated and friendly members that will always help each other out when needed and when it comes to competitiveness then there’s no better heads to turn to – of course bringing a bucket of ice cold water is usually good for those heated PvP moments.

What we will be doing
To get ourselves into the game we’ll be just going in casually just to get to know the game a bit better. After a short period of this we are going to be having set days for dungeon crawling, WvW raids (the whole clan) , and structured PvP. We’re also putting together fixed Tournament groups to get us up the rankings and to make a name for ourselves.

Who can join?
Anyone can join the clan. While the majority of us are from the UK, we do have many players that are from Spain, Denmark, Holland, Germany, and other countries within Europe and the odd few from overseas. There is no age restriction however the one thing we do require is that you act in a mature manner, but also make sure that you can have a good old laugh too. :p

Especially since I’ll be moving servers, I’d prefer it if anyone replying to this could give me some background on the server, tell me what the community there is generally like, etc..
No sugarcoating either, preferably. I know every server is bound to have some trolls. As long as the majority are nice enough that won’t bother me.
