I have been in a guild for awhile but they have no dedication to playing WvW or helping each other at all. The commanders and Team leaders are never on and I’m usually the only Lieutenant on.
So I am looking for a group that LOVES to play WvW and actually has a system on taxing and grouping. I have a mic and I don’t mind talking.

Hey SpiderMan (lol i love that name) instead you should come to Ferguson’s Crossing. The server is a medium population but it offers many oppurtunities imho. Less queue time and with the right guild, you won’t regret leaving a high population server! I am the Guild Leader of Aeterna [Ae]. I’m very much active, and my co leaders are too. We’re always doing wvwvw investing ridiculous amount of gold into weapon seiges. catapult, trebs, and golem is where it’s at lol. We’re also a guild with oppurtunities. We don’t like to put down guildies and never let them rise from their ranks. Loyalty deserves rewards (and ranks if the player desires it), and that’s what we believe.
