Hello all,

My brothers and I are currently in a dead guild on Crystal Desert, formed by friends who no longer play, and we’re hoping for a change. We don’t mind moving to a new server seeing as how all three of us will be joining together. Our main desire for this guild is to have a large player base to allow for us to play at random times throughout the day. Our secondary concern is a guild that has a large presence in WvW.

Since we are students, our schedules must be adaptive due to our changing class schedule. Also, because we feel that running dungeons doesn’t usually require a guild to do so (with pug groups proving quite successful in the past) we feel that the main thing would be WvW. Although it is quite fun to run with the massive groups once in a while, being in a coordinated attack with 5-10 people is not only challenging but can also be much more rewarding.

We are a semi-casual PVX, EST, NA Guild of approx. 120+ players on the Crystal Desert server. On a normal night during primetime, we have approx. 40+ guild members on. We are all working class adults, and we do not recruit members below the age of 18. WHAT WE ASK OF OUR MEMBERS:
*Members must be over the age of 18 years old, as we are an adult guild.
*Members will not represent any guild other than Cynical, as we believe this takes away from the “community” feeling (personal gbank access excluded)
*Members must use Ventrilo voice chat during Guild Events or Groups (being able to talk is neccessary)
*Members agree to log on to the guild website at least once every other week to keep up to date with guild news and events. Members who do not log on after one month will be removed from Guild. We are looking for members who participate in the community, not lurkers!
*Members who are absent for more than a month with no post on our forums will be removed from guild, in order to keep the guild active
*Members must treat one another with respect and dignity, refrain from making racist or sexist remarks, and remember that when dealing with other guild members, real life takes precedence over game time.
*Above all else, we ask each guild member to have fun!!

I run an actively casual guild on Devona’s Rest and we’re always looking for more players interested in joining our ranks. We have weekly events, such as dungeon runs and WvW, but we’re also the spontaneous type that will decide on the hour to do something. You said transferring is not a problem, and you’d be joining as 3 friends. It really sounds like we’re the place for you over on Far Shiverpeaks.
Dynasty Warriors can offer you a 70 daily active members (170 in total) guild with a casual PvX focus with an active WvW team. We also have an up and coming sPvP team which I believe can become quite strong.

As a community DW has been around for 9 years now, and we’ll be celebrating 10 years together with our members next year, maybe with a meetup (just had that idea!). During these years we’ve turned in to quite a mature guild, but we still kid around a lot and have fun together.
We’ve gone from Multi-gaming to GW1 to a break to GW1 and to GW2.

In the past 2 weeks we’ve recruit quite a lot of members which has increased our activity a lot. Some of these members joined as groups of friends or couples (11, 6 and 7). We have at least 30 members online at our primetime. And with a lot of international members we have at least 5 people on all times of the day.

We have an up and coming NA commander, which will be hosting the night crew on our server from 3-6am CET. Whereupon I will be taking over at either 6 or 7AM most mornings. A lot of our members play WvW through half the night anyways.

Also the server provides a community guild for people who play off hours in WvW, which would be perfect for you guys to find people to play with in.

Latency should not be an issue, it hasn’t been for any of our NA/AU members thus far.
