… a small, friendly, dungeon-focused guild.

With “small” I mean:
Less than 100-150, if possible. I like to actually know everyone in my guild, building relationships, making friends. People that know each other make up for the best runs.
With “friendly” I mean:
See above. I don’t want to play with farming robots. A lively chat is welcome: I like to have fun while facerolling dungeons.
At the moment I’m interested in dungeons only (not much into WvW or PvP).

About me
Hardcore player – and I intend to remain so, unless a drastic change in life schedule
Quite experienced – 5 lvl 80 chars available, proficient at playing correctly all of them – in dungeons – Good gear on all of them
A team player; as such, I like sticking to good tactics and I’ll always play for the team first, to win. Coordination
I’d love to play with like-minded hardcore players (no teens with immense ego and 0 skill), maybe an established 5-man team, but I also have no problems in joining friendly, skilled players with less experience, if they have a lot of time to play and improve together.
No problems in accepting suggestions, tactics and helpful tips; I want to become increasingly better. You never reach the top.
Not a native english-speaker. TS exc. available but talking could be a problem.
Timezone: GMT+1/2. Online especially in the evenings. Server: Aurora Glade (dungeon-wise EU cross-server will do)
PM in-game for infos I won’t add here (dungeon experience and so on) and your guilds’ data.

P.S. I’ll never agree to use exploits of any kind. Don’t ask me to. Also I’m not a fan of cheesing encounters.
