Guild Wars 2

Hello there,

I am looking for a guild to join (if the title didn’t give it away :P),

Bit about myself, I am an Australian player, located on the Sea of Sorrows server, am over 18 (shall not specify exact age at this stage). I am a casual, mostly laid back gamer, however can be rather competitive when I’m in a competitive mood.

Current primary focus, is generally PvE at this point as I aim to have one of each profession to level 80 (currently I have 3 level 80s, with a 4th on the way. Warrior, Guardian and Thief, with Elementalist to be my 4th). I will join in on PvP/ WvWvW events here and there, and at a later date when I am satisfied will specialise more in the PvP/ WvWvW area when I can say which profession I enjoy most and dedicate more time to perfecting.

What I am looking for in a guild. Essentially an active guild, that isn’t serious and is social. I am not looking to be in the largest guild out there, however more members will be attractive.

If you’re interested in taking me in to your guild, please leave me a message either on here, or in game. Those that sell themselves the best, I will then proceed to message you in game when I am on next with a few questions about the guild so that I can best determine which is the right guild for me. I am not looking to jump from guild to guild, essentially the guild I join will be a permanent choice whereby I commit to that guild alone.

Currently still looking. I’ve received a few invitations. Those who have taken the time to speak with me and tell me a bit about their guild, I thank you and I’ve added you (you know who you are, even if I didn’t mention that I’d added you) so that I can in the near future contact yourselves once I’ve made a decision. Don’t think that just because I’ve not said I will join you at this stage, that I will not consider joining you, I am simply doing a bit of window shopping I suppose you could call it, so that I can make an informed decision as to who I wish to join.

For the time being I am not going to join any guilds just yet, as I would like to hear from a few other guilds who are willing to take me on, whoever they may be.

You are here to sell yourselves to me, as I am not going to rush and join the largest just because you invited me, or because you gave me a generic one liner. I want to hear about your guild, your people, your goals, where the guild is going and most importantly, what the community is like and whatever information you feel is invaluable to persuade me to join. The decision I make will be a permanent one, whereby I am committed to that guild alone and will fly their banner high, with pride.

I will not go chasing after guilds, as you need to make me feel like I am wanted and take the time to speak with me so that I may make an informed decision. Those that take the time, score points and will have higher chances of recruiting me based on their feedback. Those that don’t, or throw a generic one liner that is obviously used for every single member they recruit shall not be looked at, or taken into consideration as you’ve not taken the time.

The search for a guild will steadily be drawing to a close. I will be making a decision between Monday and Friday, so any who would like to take me on as a permanent member of your guild, contact me within the next few days.

Please note that my life outside of Guild Wars 2 takes priority, so I may not be the most active player you will ever have, however I very well will be one of the most committed, if not the most committed and will strive to be as active as I possibly can.

As such, I won’t be on very much during this weekend as I’ve personal affairs to attend to, however I will be on later during the night, hopefully somewhere between 6-8pm AEST and will be on for at least 2-4 hours each session. Please note that I live in Queensland, so daylight savings does not apply.
