Guild Wars 2

Hello,
My partner and myself are looking for a guild on an European server. Currently we’re based on Whiteside Ridge but can move.
A bit about us.
We’ve met in a game called Dark Age of Camelot and are now living together in the UK, my partner is British and I have the Belgian nationality. My girlfriend has a daughter from a previous relationship, so we would like a guild that does use /guild in game and not only VoIP. Of course, when we group up we will log onto the chosen Voice program you use.

We’re looking for a casual guild, we do play a few evening in the week and are in game most weekends. We want a guild where it’s easy to find a group to do some dungeons and WvW.
For the dungeons, we have done the story mode up to Honor of the Waves, only missing 2 dungeons in Story mode.
Regarding the WvW, we’re newbies in GW2. Only done a few hours, so still learning a lot.

My girlfriend is playing a Mesmer and leveling a Warrior (level 70).
I do play a Guardian, Ranger (is more my soloing char) and leveling a Thief (level 75).

Sounds like you two would fit right into our guild. We do WvW and dungeon runs weekly and outside those evenings a lot of dungeons are done without planning them. Next week we will start doing guild missions weekly as well, but we like to keep our roster small and have chosen for the fact that we might progress there more slow than bigger guilds. Currently we have a roster of about 30 members, but we might potentially grow to 40 if that is desired for guild missions in the end. We do have around 15 members online on an evening. It means you would have to move though to a high populated server as we play on Desolation.

Please look into Furious Rising on ring of fire server – We are a pretty big guild but don’t let that worry you as everyone has a place and is a valued member. Being a big guild means there is always something going on , we do planned guild events for example a wvw guild event on a planned night we have 40-45 players turn up. But on the other hand if no guild events going on there always the choice of 2 or 3 different missions or pvp teams being ran or even a random wvw task force springing up.

Our guild ethos is to allow all players the opportunity to see all content GW2 has on offer without pressure to make people do things they dont want to do. This seems ideal for you as you would always find something to do with us when you have the time to get on and play

The leadership is UK based but we rarely have less then 30 people online and at peak UK hours we have on average 65 online. We do seem to attract many couples that play together as our guild ethos seems to fit in well with couples wanting a friendly active community to be a part of.

I have read your post and wanted to reply and offer you a spot in our small cozy laid back guild, if you dont mind to change servers. You can try out the guild by guesting, which is free, before deciding on changing your home server.

We have members from Europe, the US, and other parts of the world.

We have 160 members atm, and we are steadily growing, but we
still maintain to keep the family feeling.

We have a mature member base, I would not mind taking a few
younger members, as long as it wont be the majority of our roster.

Although we are not huge, we have a very active group of people
now, we play every day and mostly play together in party.

We have weekly organized WvW/PvP, Dungeon & FotM runs, and even Music Night, and our members do all those activities together with other guild members every day as well.

We from Extraordinary Gentlemen [EXG] are an international Mature PvX guild playing on Desolation [EU]. As we are an international guild, we have members from all over the world. We mainly reside in USA / Canada / Europe and Asia! Therefore, we have members online at all times ready to do some dungeons or WvW runs!

As of right now, we have over 214+ Members inguild with a daily login varying from 130 ~ 150 members online and around 50 ~ 70 members online at the same time.

As we are a PvX guild, we are several Officers appointed to specific game types such as PvP, PvE and WvW. They organize scheduled runs through the week whom you can join if youd want to be sure to hit a party. Outside those scheduled events, we organize alot of guild events and other parties all the time!
